how do others think this compares in value to the recently released Cube U30GT? I think the Cube is probably better specced at a lower price, but is this deal good enough to convince people to buy locally?

Sony Centre is selling it for $359 including a bonus charging cradle which worths $69. If you like the idea of the charging cradle, it is a better deal.
