"Romeo Gigli is an Italian designer born in Castel Bolognese, he spent lots of his time in his early years, travelling and learning about other cultures and countries, collecting gifts along the way. In 1979 he finally settled in New York and got a job at Dimitri Atelier, where he learnt a great deal of technical skill. He then returned to Italy to put all his knowledge into a collection of his own and in 1986 His clothes were fashion news worldwide. He was a natural, with inventive new designs; he created slash shoulder necklines with bow fastenings which established a new a new way of revealing the female body. His destructed jackets and coats with no real shoulder structure, were ground breaking when shoulder pads were all the rage in Italy. Throughout the 80’s he gained contracts for women’s ready-to-wear collections with Zamasport and Takashimaya a well known Japanese department store. In 1989 Romeo began his collaborations with Ermenegildo Zegna group for the production and distribution of a men’s ready-to-wear collection, which as of today is available at highest quality stores worldwide, including 75 in Italy and 25 in the USA. In the 90’s he continued to create collections for various companies and expanded into an accessories line G Gigli. He continues to create luxury ready to wear lines and leather collections, such as this range of Cashmere sweaters."

I ordered some hoodies for myself and my brother. They shipped out 3 and then a few days later they shipped out the next 2. I suspect you will be getting an email soon (unless you are talking about the cheap tshirts, those sounded like it was a bit of luck to get one).

Ordered 1 of these items which was showing in stock, and 2 days later received an email: "We're sorry to inform you that some or all of your order, number XXXXXXXX has now been cancelled as the product is no longer available. We have tried to source further stock but we have been unsuccessful, sorry to disappoint you." You may find that if only 1 item is sent, the other may be cancelled by them.

I know a lot of these designer brands, but I've never heard of Romeo Gigli. What do people know about it?
