The item is under a category name USB 3.0 Flash Drive.
You should be able to view the item there. And yes, the USB plug is retractable, there is no cap for this USB.

+5 votesfrancesca2148 on 27/06/2012 - 14:48 ¶Hi,
No you will not have to.
I apologize for the mistake we made on your past order.
This time I will be handling the despatch and make sure all the orders are posted correctly.Thank you
francesca2148 on 27/06/2012 - 22:32 ¶Hi,
Both of the DOA cards are from a bad batch.
We receive less than 0.01% faulty rate from the 10k cards we sold over the quarter.
So you can grab one for yourself.
If there are any issues, we will arrange to replace the faulty card.Cheers
francesca2148 on 27/06/2012 - 18:16 ¶Hi dewy & stumo,
Can you please provide me with your order number?
I will work out something for you.Thank you
+4 votesMine is #2805 placed on the 16th May.
I have bought several times from memorycity in the recent past and it has all been fine, but of course the real test is what happens when things don't go to plan…
So the saga started a few days later when the 64GB microSD arrived and was DOA. So after a replacement (that I had to chase for) finally arrived on June 12, it was also DOA.
After a week or so of more waiting I had to lodge a paypal claim because I was running dangerously close to the 45 day cutoff.
I just got my refund the other day thru PayPal which is something like 43 days since I first paid.
I'm out of pocket for $8 for 2 lots of registered return shipping, not to mention all the hassle and delays. Both times I posted the cards back within 2 days of receiving them.
(I wasn't going to bother negging since dewy already did, but I see now that many people have downvoted his perfectly valid neg, so hopefully I can share the load)
+1 votefrancesca2148 on 27/06/2012 - 22:08 ¶Hi stumo,
I apologize on both of the faulty cards.
We have sold over 10k pieces in this quarter and we receive less than 0.01% faulty rate.
We have 100% positive feedback on eBay selling that much of volume without any issue
Both of your cards could be a bad batch. We are a genuine local retailer trying to offer bargains to customers
Sometimes, it is out of our control that one or two of the cards are bad.
Overall, the other cards are good.Once again, I apologize for the both the bad cards.
We will offer you compensation if you are happy to deal with us again.Thank you
+1 voteI understand that its not your fault either. But I must admit to being disappoint at the length of time you took each time for the turn around.
We will offer you compensation if you are happy to deal with us again.
I'm listening… and I do still have a need for a 64GB microSD. 3rd time lucky maybe?
+1 votefrancesca2148 on 27/06/2012 - 22:38 ¶Hi stumo,
Third time lucky, yes.
If you will please place an order on our site, I will make sure you have a good and working card.
Our cards are genuine, the next one we post to you will be working fine.Thank you
+3 votesI'm reluctant to just outright try again, based on what happened last time. Is there some sort of sweetener you can offer me?
I mean, I know your cards are genuine and hopefully I was just unlucky twice in a row. But the odds are stacked heavily against me given your reported usual failure rate.
Maybe something like a free good quality microSD to USB adapter? That way you can test it at your end first in the exact same reader that I will test it on when it arrives. I think that is the only way I'd feel totally comfortable taking another ($8 +hassle) gamble, and I think you could probably do without the hassle too lol.
francesca2148 on 28/06/2012 - 08:40 ¶Hi,
Both of the cards that you receive might be from a bad batch.
Can I please have your order number?
I will arrange to test and send you a working card.Thank you
+1 votefrancesca2148 on 28/06/2012 - 13:42 ¶Hi stumo,
Yes a free good quality microSD to USB adapter.
I will send you a sweetener free micro SD to USB adapter to compensate
The return postage $8 has been refunded into your PayPal account.
Can you please confirm that for me?Thank you

order #1383
The problem with the first card was that my photos were being corrupted. I have posted this one back to you. The replacement card you sent me also has the same problem, and in addition the sd card adapter has the problem where the switch prevents the computer from writing info to it (many others also had this problem if you remember).
francesca2148 on 28/06/2012 - 19:33 ¶Hi jasonlah,
Yes we do have a 1%-2% faulty rate on SD adapters in the past.
That was from a bad batch of adapters.
I do have a new batch of adapters that are in perfect condition.
I will arrange to send a replacement card plus a few tested adapters to you.Thank you
+1 votefrancesca2148 on 28/06/2012 - 08:42 ¶Hi,
I apologize for the incorrect item posted.
Please understand that human error do occur in certain cases.
And I deeply apologize for the mistake and the delay in sending the correct item to you.
I will work something out for you.Thank you

francesca2148 on 27/06/2012 - 22:18 ¶Hi,
You can always grab another piece for yourself.
They are always usefulCheers
lamerthanlam on 27/06/2012 - 15:12 ¶Could you possibly do a deal on 8gb micro sd? Say… http://www.memorycity.com.au/sandisk/142-sandisk-16gb-micros... for instance? Any other 8gb would do fine too

francesca2148 on 27/06/2012 - 18:46 ¶Hi,
8GB, 16GB - High Speed micro SD just added
32GB Class 4 micro SD added as well.Cheers
francesca2148 on 27/06/2012 - 17:56 ¶Hi,
Yes there is warranty with SanDisk for all my items.
You can contact SanDisk regarding any faulty cards or DOA cards, but SanDisk side will probably advise customers to go back to store for warranty.Cheers
francesca2148 on 28/06/2012 - 12:40 ¶Hi,
All micro SD cards comes with a SD adapter.
They are included in the package.Thank you
+2 votesMaybe some store credit/discount would be a good option for the people who have had to waste there time returning products at there own cost.
Envelopes and stamps are not very expensive but having to spend 20 minutes on tech support 10 minutes driving to the shops minutes to hours trying to buy said stamps and envelopes the inconvenience does build alot.
francesca2148 on 27/06/2012 - 18:47 ¶Hi,
Thank you for the feedback.
I will bear that in mind.Cheers
francesca2148 on 27/06/2012 - 18:04 ¶
francesca2148 on 27/06/2012 - 22:48 ¶Hi,
Yes. The new USB 3.0 actually has transfer speeds up to 190MB/s
The speed is 10 times faster than a USB 2.0Cheers
francesca2148 on 27/06/2012 - 18:05 ¶Hi,
Your card is a class 6 card as mention - the minimum speed will be 6MB/s
Class 10 - minimum speed 10MB/s
That is the only difference for both of them.Cheers
+2 votesIve noticed that most of the model numbers on the website do not correspond to what is being advertised.
For instance;
http://www.memorycity.com.au/sandisk/29-sandisk-extreme-hd-v...
Advertised as 45mb/s, and the website lists the model as SDSDX-032G.
The only model Sandisk sells that is close to that model is: http://se.sandisk.com/products/dslr/sandisk-extreme-sdhc-car...
Which clearly lists it as being only 30mb/s.Moving on to other models,
http://www.memorycity.com.au/sandisk/26-sandisk-ultra-sdhc-c...
Picture shows 20mb/s, text blurb says 20mb/s, item name says 30mb/s.
Cant find this model on the Sandisk site, the only similar one is: SDSDRH-032G-A11, which is a 20mb/s card.Makes knowing what you are purchasing rather difficult.
francesca2148 on 27/06/2012 - 18:26 ¶Hi,
The SanDisk 32GB Extreme SD card can be found on SanDisk website.
Here is the link - http://sandisk.com/products/imaging/sandisk-extreme-sdxc-uhs-i-card\As for the SanDisk Ultra Class 6 card, the actual item is 30MB/s.
Sorry for the incorrect image.
I will have that fixed up.Thank you

I am also confused by your descriptions because they are not accurate to the photos you have published. I will buy a couple of the 32GB SanDisk Extreme® SDXC/SDHC™ UHS-I cards if you can guarantee that I will receive them as shown on the SanDisk website that you linked to above: " http://sandisk.com/products/imaging/sandisk-extreme-sdxc-uhs... "
Based on the comments by the above purchasers, by guarantee I mean you will refund the cost plus return postage costs if the items received are not as above. Please confirm if this is acceptable!
Thanks.
francesca2148 on 27/06/2012 - 21:43 ¶Hi,
Yes definitely. This is the card that we have.
45MB/s Class 10 Extreme SDHC.
If the item is not as described, yes you can return it to us and we will refund the amount back to you.Thank you

Can you advise if you can beat the 32gb Micro SD price of Shopping Square?
http://www.shoppingsquare.com.au/p_401250_SanDisk_Ultra_32GB...
francesca2148 on 27/06/2012 - 18:50 ¶Hi,
This card is currently on high demand on the market.
I am unable to hold a lot of stock on hand.
I am sorry I can't beat SS price on this card.Thank you
sillypineapple on 27/06/2012 - 21:14 ¶I just purchased a 16GB Class 10 SDHC just then! Price is great and hopefully the faster rates will really amp up the load times on games. Cheers for this great deal.

francesca2148 on 27/06/2012 - 22:45 ¶Hi,
Thank you for your support.
Good job for grabbing one of them.
I am currently using one myself and they are great.Cheers
francesca2148 on 28/06/2012 - 06:42 ¶HI,
Thank you for the feedback.
The typo has been fixed.Cheers
francesca2148 on 28/06/2012 - 06:46 ¶Hi,
Can you please drop me an email at sales@memorycity.com.au?
I will check up on the replacement item for you.Thank you

Can I ask what is the difference between:
SanDisk 16GB Ultra SDHC Class 10 - $14.95
SanDisk 32GB Ultra SDHC Class 10 - $32.95versus the extreme version:
SanDisk 16GB Extreme SDHC Class 10 - $18.95
SanDisk 32GB Extreme SDHC Class 10 - $36.95AM thinking of going 32gb.. i have a 16gb ultra (class 4), it has difficulties reading on memory card inbuilt readers (on my laptop) versus other cards - anyone have any problems? How does the ultra differ to the extreme version?
Also I can not find the 32 gb extreme sdhc for $36.95 on your website (when i click on Secure digital/Sandisk down the side)???
francesca2148 on 28/06/2012 - 07:01 ¶Hi,
The extreme card is more reliable than the ultra card.
And their speed is different.
Ultra SD Class 10 card - the speed of the card is 30MB/s
Extreme Class 10 - the speed is 45MB/sThe 32GB extreme is under the Secure Digital/SanDisk part.
It will be at the bottom of the page.Cheers
+7 votesHow can you have less than 0.01% DOA and have sold 10000 this 1/4 and then three DOA in this thread for the same time period…
That already put your 0.01% up to 0.03% just from ozbargain users looking at this post…
The guy that got two cards DOA must be the most unlucky guy on the planet!
Or do you mean 1% faulty?
francesca2148 on 28/06/2012 - 07:30 ¶Hi,
Sorry for both the typo.
Yes it should be 1% faulty rate from the 10k pieces we sold over the quarter.Thank you
+2 votesfrancesca2148 on 28/06/2012 - 13:46 ¶Hi stumo,
Your return postage has been refunded into your PayPal account.
I will arrange to send you the microSD to USB adapter.Thank you
+1 votefrancesca2148 on 28/06/2012 - 13:54 ¶Hi WV1,
Yes if there is an issue with our product (DOA / faulty), we will be responsible for the return postage, and we will offer a replacement item.
If you place an order and the card is faulty, please drop us an email at sales@memorycity.com.au and we will sort it out for you.Thank you

francesca2148 on 28/06/2012 - 20:10 ¶Hi stumo,
Thank you very much.
Your order together with the USB adapter, will be despatched tomorrow.
I am glad that we came to a solution.Cheers

I can confirm I'm 3rd time lucky. I have absolutely thrashed the crap out of this replacement card with benchmarks and multiple h2testw runs etc now and its working as expected.
Ironically, the (free) USB reader you sent me couldn't take it, and began to crap out after a single CDM run lol. I think it overheats.
I initially thought I'd gotten yet another duff card, but I tried my old card reader (the same one that the previous 2 cards died in) and this card hasn't looked back. Its working perfectly.
francesca2148 on 28/06/2012 - 14:03 ¶Hi,
Thank you for your support.
Orders will be despatch within 1 business day.Cheers

I approve.
Where is SanDisk 64GB Extreme USB 3.0 Flash Drive - $79.95?
Is it this one? http://www.memorycity.com.au/sandisk/69-sandisk-ultra-backup...
If so, it doesn't say USB3, and it says $89.95.
