Most of the the ones I buy tend to be labelled for South American markets. Have also bought legit heads in Woolies too.. hand on heart I haven't ever noticed a discernable difference between supermarket and Ebay brush heads. 20 for 20 bucks or 4 for 15? Come one, seriously…

Frayed bristles(may not even be visible) are half the reason we advice changing your toothbrush every 3 months.
I would also advice using the sensitive ones for the same reason. If you think 'oh they don't last long enough' you are applying too much pressure.

Great price btw
I just bought some sensitive toothbrush heads from this ebay seller:
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260754...
They are not good, I've just used one over a week and the back of the head is hurting my gum. I'll be changing heads and giving another try, but I find the original precision clean heads that came with my Vitality much better.
