Ozpete mentioned here that 2000 points convert to $20 Myer Gift voucher..

so 500 is $5

It might take a few days to register? As I have just done this aswell and the points haven’t changed either.

I got a message in the mail from Myer one and its says from Nov 3rd to 16th November so any before then like so many above may need to recheck your email address to get the 500 points. The website says from Oct 30th but the mailing says from Nov 3rd - go figure

it also says

PLEASE NOTE: 500 bonus Shopping Credits will be applied by the end of November. This offer is only available once per Membership.
