  After I added it to my cart and attempted to checkout it said I already owned it when I don't. :S

  It's listed on my games page now but the 20% off voucher wasn't emailed to me and isn't on my keys page either.

    I had the same thing happen… I didn't own the game prior.
    I think because the site was under heavy strain it messed up a little bit.

    Something tells me we won't get the 20% off either…

    You can always log a support ticket and I'm sure they'll generate a 20% off code for you.
    I had 2 (from previous giveaways) but gave one away to another OzBarg'er. Since they don't stack all I need is one.

  I tried to get that UFO aftermath and have the same kind of issues, it says that I own the game but I can't seem to figure out how to actually download it? I even downloaded that Capsule but on the tab marked "my games" it still isn't there?? Is there a "download game" button that I am missing??

    It should have been in your games list with a "Download" option.
    If you don't I'd suggest contacting GMG support. They'll probably relink it to your account
