I have the XL2370, the 23" version of this. Got it in 09 from Korea and it's been rock solid. It seems to have the same stand and border, just bigger. The only complaint I have is that the stand is fixed, no rotation or adjustments. But you can always put a phone book under it if you need to raise it.
Besides that been great, very bright being a LED.

+3 votesI've just purchased the DELL Ultrasharp 24" with the same resolution.
I think anything with larger screen but with the same number of pixels is just clumsy…
For this size, the DELL Ultrasharp 27" 2560 x 1440 would be good (for a very different price :)
BTW, I think for general use, the 24" really should be enough ;)

Forums such as OCAU and Whirlpool regard it quite highly and who can argue.
Price = $319 Delivered
Resolution = 2560 * 1440
Panel = IPS
You can pick them up from eBay, delivered from South Korea.
the white one is cheaper by at least $20AUD

+1 voteJust be wary with this, the info on their site indicates that a lot of their stock is grey imported, meaning warranty may have to go through them. The problem with that is their warranty page also contains conditions which does not comply with Australian Consumer Law. Good luck if you have a warranty claim.
+1 voteThird_Gear on 23/07/2012 - 13:44 ¶Yeah just read that. Really odd warranty terms…. will take a pass.

Your condition that you will replace a product with a major fault it's the customer that decides what happens in this situation which also includes a refund or repair.
Then advising that "OEM" products only have as little as 3 months warranty, and if anyone wants more than that they are required to purchase a retail version. Bzzzt. Wrong. It doesn't matter if it's OEM or not, it's completely irrelevant, warranties remain intact regardless what you refer to it as.

You are right we should probably clarify that the customer can choose to have an item repaired in the case of a major fault or choose a refund, obviously very few people would choose to have an item repaired if a replacement was offered but they could choose a refund. It is within their rights to do so and this should be stated.
As for the OEM drives, these do not come with a manufacturers warranty, therefore the fact that we are offering a replacement within 3 months of purchase is acceptable within the ACL. Again the customer could choose to have the drive repaired within this period rather than replaced, and we will add this to the wording. The ACL states that price must be taken into account when determining what is a reasonable time period for a device to be covered. We believe that 3 months for a drive which is half the price of a retail drive is a reasonable period. This is in line with the normal time period for a drive replacement which is what these drives are normally used for. If a drive were to fail after 6 months and the customer were to request a remedy we would do what we could to rectify the situation for the customer for the sake of good customer service but we believe that we would not be obligated to do so given the price paid.

Jayteewoofed on 24/07/2012 - 13:16 ¶Has anyone compared prices? I'm just worried that the pixels are the same as the 24 inch, thus it'll be 'more pixellated'.

i still haven't received my 8gb USB stick yet. sent an email to sales@flingshot.com.au yesterday, no reply yet.
