I thought the bass-lovers out there might appreciate this deal (as the deal on the M4 was so popular last time), this is the perfect pair of equipment for a bit of good quality bass.
This time it includes the FiiO E6 earphone/headphone amp, which adds to the bass and overall sound level.
What you get for your $47 (with the coupon code fb2012fiver) :
Brainwavz M4 with (or without) mic(The earphones):
These are the high-bass version of Brainwavz B2. Reviews are very positive:

I didn't own a pair of Klipsch S4 so I can't give my comparison. But ClieOS form hifi.org did review both of them and it turned out he suggest Brainwavz M4 won on both sound quality and value. Also most of his reviews are in accordance with ljokerl, another well-known audiophile reviewer.
If I don't have Brainwavz M4 yet, this deal will definitely pull the trigger.
Here the link.

Got them last time.
Noticeably better for what they advertise them for - hard rock, etc
But not so much for podcasts, audiobooks, etc.
Feel that the highs and lows are good, but possibly mid is missing.
No complaints at all, but possibly not an all round option.
Amazing review site links in last post and nothing seemed to come close in value.
alwayseric on 26/07/2012 - 22:18 ¶never used earphone amp. how is it? does it really make big difference with the amp? i already bought m4 a few months back though.

warwick108 on 28/07/2012 - 14:35 ¶would you do some kind of deal with the with the brainwavz with package?

Sorry Warwick108, I don't work for mp4nation. Not sure why there is an 'aff' next to my username on the post - might be because I've put my referral link in the post. Oh well.
What do you mean by 'with package' though? All Brainwavz earphones I ordered from mp4nation arrived in original retail packaging, if that's what you mean.

Bought these a few days ago.
First off I should point out that I don't have much experience with IEM's or headphones.
But FWIW I thought these things are terrible - the sound is harsh and quite thin. When they're sealed properly the bass was pretty nice - it made my ears actually vibrate a little but other than that I really don't recommend them. Also the build quality, particuarly cords, is rubbish and generates a lot of noise. Also the headset doesnt work with my Note though there is a chance this is due to ROM.
When I compare them against Samsung headset bundled with a Galaxy Note and Nokia BH-501 (over ear bluetooth headphones) they come up very short IMO.
MP4Nation do have a 30 day return policy (provided you have all packaging and items are working etc) which I'm taking advantage of.
Maybe I was just expecting to much but anyhow I'm going to spend a bit more on IEMs.
+1 voteHmmm, I am no expert either, but I have 2 suggestions about this:
1- Going by reviews and the brainwavz earphones I have, they seem to need burn-in.so you might want to give it a go before returning these and spending more. Just play the kind of music you like through them for about 20 hours, at a not too loud volume.
2- they might not have the sound signature you like. These have a v shaped, bass-happy sound signature, and some people do LOVE these. but from what you say, it sounds like you are after a flat and warm sound signature. It took me 14 pairs to find the perfect fit I was after. have a look at klipsch or shure. they do have a better build, but for around similar sound quality, be prepared to go above $100 for the earphones alone. Or maybe give brainwavz beta a go,build is not great, but the sound they produce seems like what you are after.
+1 voteMonocleMoose on 06/08/2012 - 10:18 ¶Ordered the Brainwavz after seeing OP, arrived from Fedex an hour ago.
I used to own the Klipsch S4i's. They failed exactly 13 months after I bought them. And I treated them VERY well with a lot of care. In the end, like many other people, the audio connector plastic split and broke the headphones. They sounded excellent though.
Thought I'd give these Brainwavz M4 a go and after admittedly only a quick listen after delivery - I like them. I don't know or particularly care about burn in times etc. They are clearly more bass friendly than the S4i's which is not what I'm after but a slight modification of an equalizer sorts that out. These are great headphones for the price, especially since the Fiio E6 is included! I have already purchased some heatshrink tubes off dealextreme so I can make the audio port on these M4's a bit sturdier. As soon as the heatshrink arrives it'll get put on the cable. I predict the L-shaped plug on these M4's will make a difference into how they sturdy they are, for the better.
I own a temporary shitphone, the Huawei X3. Naturally the headphones included in this $88 phone sound like a deformed potato. With the Fiio E6 and the Brainwavz it actually makes the phone listenable. Nowhere near the same quality as an iPad or iPhone that has a much better audio chip (der…) but it allows this temporary phone to be used as an mp3 player. It's not like I was going to walk around with my Shure SRH840 massive headphone cans on the street…
All in all, thanks OP!

This has got me tempted. Can someone give me a quick 'bang for buck comparison' in terms of the sound quality I could expect if I get these compared to importing some Klipsch S4's from Amazon?
