The cheapest I've seen for a AMD Radeon 7950 Graphics Card. I checked that it can ship to Australia for $13. Its hard to find a better card for this price, you can get a MSI one for $365 on this deal: http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/73952.

Given that RRP of the 7950 is now $349 there will be plenty more cards around this price and below soon, especially from mid August when the GTX 660 is released.
