  Yes. That shouldn't surprise you because the free apps that it finds are not from the Discovr Apps developer. It's a good app, worth $1.99 but even better for free.

  You can use it discover apps that is similar to the one you selected and I think is not limited to free apps.

I see this is a discovery engine for apps. Similar to liveplasma.com only that's for music and movies…
