Is TRUEnergy really worth it?? Any experiences?

Hi,
I was recently approached by a sales rep apparently not related to truenergy but helping us find the best deal.
I'm currently with Australian Power and Gas. and receiving a 12% discount, truenergy would apparently give me 13% with lower rates as well. Has anybody had experience with them? Should I change over. I still need to pay $88 cancellation fee with my current one if I do.

Need to know asap

      For me in my area Sydney South West, they quoted 23.55 for the first 2000 or so. Before the Discount

    energy pricing in nsw is far too confusing to compare their price and discounts between companys

    I just play with promotions. sign up with bonus rebate for one year and exit for another one.

    I've been with them. Australian call centre = WIN

    BTW: http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/75955 is better deal than what the sales rep has told you it appears

      D: Too late I guess ah well still slightly cheaper than my current one. Might also depend on rates

    Not too late. call up and ask for the deal…every power company has to give you a 10 day cooling off period.
