    I don't want to taint my download history and verify this, but in my experience whenever they say "Originally Made Famous By", the song is never by the original artist.

      That's why its called a workout "Mix".

    As speculated above, these are not the original songs. From what I've heard (Whistle is the only song I recognise on there) they have been energised up for your trip to the gym.

      My gym put in this new machine which I love! I use it all the time! It serves all my needs. Mars bars, Coke, chips, lollies….

        How much time did you spend in the gym?

          I got ripped in 12 weeks. By ripped I mean I am more defined, lost 8 kilograms of fat. I am now at around 9-10% body fat.

          Well… I wonder how much time people spend in the gym to get such results.
          Someone can go there once a week for an hour, someone can go 5 times a week for 2 hours a day. And result would be different.

          So 12 weeks does not tell much. I would measure time in hours.
