    Its a strip cut, cross or diamond cuts would be better.

    Good price. I might get one, as I was thinking about getting a cheapo one from BigW the other week.

    With your Amazon comparison though, the other one looks a bit different. There might be more than one PS 400 model?

    i bought this shredder a little while back - returned it after 5 minutes of use
    was getting jammed over and over with only 1-2 pages at a time

    I dont expect it to work like the one at work (expensive) - but I expected it to work!

      I too have one of these, I think they were around 50 when I bought mine from OW. It has jammed once b/c I tried to shred 12 pages at once.=) Then I opened it, the got the tweezers out and removed the jam, put it back together, then everything works fine. =D
