  probably worth the extra 20c for V1.4 if you have a 3dtv and amplifier. I bought 4 @ $7.80

  Edit: Plus, future proof for that 4K × 2K hdtv i'll most likely buy in 2020 :P

  If anyone was interested in the 5m HDMI cables, I bought this one about a month ago and it works perfectly (for us - can't say anyone else's experience would be the same). I paid $4.50, so feeling a bit ripped off it's gone down 40-50c ;) It will take a few weeks to get here from Hong Kong though.

    In regards to the micro HDMI cable - if you're like me and don't need yet ANOTHER cable in your collection, I bought one of these micro HDMI to HDMI adapters. I plug this into my A500, and plug the regular HDMI cable straight into that (yeah, that explanation was necessary…).

    No, not the same. Similar concept though, a smaller port for smaller devices. I have one on my Acer Iconia A500 tablet, but not sure what other devices have it. Here's a pic to compare HDMI sizes :)
