  BUT just remember people that Westfield Gift Cards "CAN NOT BE USED" at any of the major retailers like target, coles, myer, BigW, Kmart, dicksmith, Wollworths, Lickerland, Dan murphy's and many more!
  
  Its only for "SOME" of the small stores in the shopping center and most of them get annoyed when you try and use the card… its the most pointless giftcard on the market apart from those Accord hotel gift cards! that are hard to find a place that accepts them.

      I can confirm Dick Smith and Big W won't take them at Westfield in Narre Warren, so it does vary.

  You need to buy cards at WF Parramatta but the cards can be used in any Westfield. The tickets can be redeemed at Events in WF Parramatta only, I believe.

    Why is it called a Westfield gift card if you cant use it in any store in the center? If you manage to use it towards something you want to buy, then I think its a good deal.

You can check on Westfield Parrmatta FB page n westfield giftcards have one year expiry.
I am not sure if other Westfields have similiar offer.

      Checkout the frontpage of Westfields Paramatta.
      
      Now accepted at Woolworths and Dick Smith.
      
      These cards are all dependent on the centre and the shops. I've used my Westfields card at Plenty Valley (VIC) and bought a Woolworths gift card. Kmart in PV no longer accept the cards.
      
      If you find your Westfields on the website, search the store directory, then click the box on the bottom left that says
      
      Westfield Gift Cards Accepted
      
      you can then find the stores that take these. So for PV, there is a big list but in particular JB, and a couple of the delis are useful.

      Of interest:
      JB, Pulse Pharmacy,
      
      Woolworths and Dick Smith are not on there so it contradicts their homepage. Take your screenshots!

Target Chatswood accept Westfield card. I have use it there.

Westfield card are so easier to use now.

Can anyone confirm the movie tickets is event cinema vocuhers also outside parramatta? if yes we can use in any event cinemas

The westfield Southland in VIC have a new 'XS' gift card or something and it's basically a prepaid eftpos card you can use it anywhere doesn't even have to be westfield!!

Just to let you know that the Westfield Parramatta Cinema 1 (Vmax) has a very lousy sound system. Highly echoey and I think the centre speakers are not worry properly.

The management never fixed the problem. It was there many years ago when I watched Spiderman 3, and it is still there when I watched Dark Knight Rises recently. I can't even understand Batman's dialogue let alone Bane's line.
