illusionarybreeze on 24/08/2012 - 21:33 ¶If they fold anything like my old PX200s do, they should fold into a more compact shape than the Pioneers.
nanoronline on 24/08/2012 - 11:49 ¶Since there's the $110 price difference I suppose the 40% discount has already been included then.
+2 votesMake it so on 24/08/2012 - 12:53 ¶Actually, you can get that one from Amazon UK for $164 delivered by courier.

Think I would prefer these Jabra C820s, of which I currently have 2 pairs

The PX250 separate processor looks to be a real pain in the arse.
+1 votena, this is better http://dicksmith.com.au/product/A3427/beats-by-dre-studio-bl...
just kidding, I despise those with beats by dre even though I'm a fan of his music

warwick108 on 24/08/2012 - 12:00 ¶only thing ive considered is
sony's xba series however they only have the xba-1, althought its pretty cheap considering other places are selling for 100. ie addictedtoaudio
I am after that as well.
They do have xba-2

almostfrench on 27/08/2012 - 10:52 ¶Is this a good bluetooth one? I'm looking for one but don't know which one is good and has reasonable price.
+5 votesI don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I am a complete tightass. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you post a good deal, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you.
Make it so on 24/08/2012 - 13:26 ¶Based on some cursory searches, it seems most of these headphones can be had cheaper from Amazon UK.

Still doesn't hit these numbers..
http://www.dakmart.com/index.php?cPath=4_9_28&sort=&filter_i...delivery is $32, they sell re-ferb headsets. But the quality is really good like new. Mate got a PXC450 and very happy with it.

They had a good reputation sometime ago, then it was taken over by a different business. There are mixed reviews on the web, if you are in doubt the safest option is to buy off their Amazon store.
Like I said, someone I know purchased a headset a couple of months ago and he had no issues.
retromcnugget on 25/08/2012 - 01:11 ¶They are on sale - a lot cheaper than Amazon's prices at the moment.

Seems to not apply to the Jabra Sport Headphones :\

Sevenofnine on 25/08/2012 - 13:07 ¶Just got the sennheiser HD65TV for $71.97 in store, came with 63mm adapter, and a really long removable cord with column control, tried it out just now… impressive sound. Bargain.

Purchased these, http://dicksmith.com.au/product/A3415/sony-monitor-headphone... from JB a few weeks - totally surprised how good they are! Deep bass, close sound, really good!
I spent a good hour in JB testing everything they had on the listening wall, coming up with two other conclusions - Senny's are boring as hell, and Dre's are just not worth the cash (or any good - though the Guetta ones were ok).
Kendrite13 on 24/08/2012 - 21:12 ¶I'm after a cheap in ear set to plug into my phone and listen to radio/music and answer a call once or twice per week. Was thinking the Sony DR-EX14VP: http://dicksmith.com.au/product/A3410/sony-in-ear-earphones-...
I've read they're OK if you don't want any bass which I'm sort of OK with but, is the mic/control so far down the cable to be unusable? That would be disappointing - anyone have some that can advise if you have to hold the mic up to your mouth?
Edit: Can't type

Just got delivered, holy cow rhey sound terrible, surely DS arnt selling fakes? Im even running them on a fiio e17 amp. They have a scratch on the right earcup. Just ordered audio technica m50. hopefully i can return beats. can i paypal dispute over a scratch on a brand new item?
+1 voteretromcnugget on 25/08/2012 - 12:04 ¶Thanks to Dick Smith's product recall on the portable DVD player, I got a full refund of $129 and bought the Apple In-ear Headphones in store :)
Sevenofnine on 25/08/2012 - 12:59 ¶These are available in store. Just got the HD65 TV from William St, in Perth for $71.97. No need to wait for delivery. very happy.

Can anyone recommend a pair of good cheap earphones? I dont want in-ear types (like these http://dicksmith.com.au/product/C0810/tdk-bass-boost-earphon...) or headphones.
