+3 votesYou get to return for full refund at the store too for whatever reason, which in my mind is a great bonus for online buying, particularly for clothing and shoes. Another big plus, is that you can buy using one credit card and have the refund paid into a different credit card. At the store, they have no mechanism to validate the card that was used to pay for the items purchased.

Lacking? Try non-existent in many cases. At the very least the material the garment is made from should be listed (100% cotton or whatever).
Even the actual colours aren't stated, meaning you're left to rely on the photograph alone which can be an issue for people with eyesight problems/crappy computer monitors.

Not gonna disagree there. Here's hoping. If I don't get what I think I'm getting that'll be the last of me shopping there until they fix things.

Nice deal. And don't forget they have one of the best loyalty systems around. At the moment I get 10% off everything and soon it will be 15%, and this stacks with sale so stuff gets really cheap. Beats places that offer crap like "spend $500 and get a $10 voucher".
