Sanitarium So Good Soy Milk - 2x1 Litre for $3, at Woolworths
This was posted 9 months 17 days ago, and might be an out-dated deal
So Good soy milk normally retails for $2 a litre. Today every two cartons were scanning for $3 - a 25% savings.
This was not advertised and only happened when I went to scan. You have to get multiples of two for it to work. Soy can be stored for long times so this is a great chance to stock up!
This was at Woolworths Carlton - not sure if it will work elsewhere.
+2 votesShould be everywhere as it's on the Woolworths Online site: http://www2.woolworthsonline.com.au/Shop/SearchProducts?sear...
I use the site often to see what unadvertised sales (i.e. stuff on sale that's not listed in the catalogue) I can find. Most of the time what's on the site will correlate with the store price (give or take a few cents for local price differences) but I have seen some exceptions.

+1 voteMight be the way I shop but I generally pay NO more than 1.50/L for this top stuff, and, it would be years since I'd downed what I'd call any 'bad' tasting Soy Drink product.
True, you'd get some ($)variance across the brands/prices shopped; although, already coming out at a whopping premium =50 per-cent above Milk's cost, why would one elect to take such a premium into a 100%, or even worse (greater) cost.
I will admit there is probably more that could be learned; however, "Soy Supreme Regular Soy Milk" at least at face value could be read as being a match for most options -if not with a benefit- and this ALDI sold milk, no surprise, turns out to be most economical and alongside Coles Lite Soy for cost.

greenpossum on 05/09/2012 - 10:47 ¶Unfortunately it isn't just a matter of price or nutrition. I tried hard to like some of the bargain brands but Sanitarium still tastes the best. I can live with Aldi's house brand and that's what I normally buy when Sanitarium is not on sale.

Agreed, tastes can vary across the varieties available. Black & Gold, if that reflects IGA's label, I found tasted quite good from my local. But of course, realising Woolies have responded with a welcome discount, I shall take the opportunity to give the cupboard a stock up.
