    Are the Borderland 2 keys Russian? Yes they come with the world wide version too but I don't want the Russian version in my game list.

      Nope. They are EU region free keys, reason for the increase in price from last time.

      just bought xcom and got the key. but… where do i get the installation file? xcom.com only list resellers the require payment before download…

        Steam -> Games -> Activate a product on Steam

        Then enter your CD key and the download will start.

    Registered as a new user just to post my excellent impression of these guys professionalism. I just ordered XCom but put in the wrong phone number for confirmation. The website had an instant support chat where they resolved my issue within 3 mins.

    Activated and now downloading XCom. Very happy and impressed.

    I just ordered XCOM from them, fast and friendly service. I had an issue with wrongly entered verification phone number, live chat fixed it within 30 seconds and I got my key and this was fixed during Australian time on east coast of 1:30pm. Very happy and will be getting more in future from them.

    I just bought an XCOM key too. I'm pleasantly surprised by how easy, fast and efficient the whole process was. I will keep an eye on the site.

    Fingers crossed that the key works when I get home to activate on Steam!

      That seems to be a bug at the moment. Check your Paypal account to see if you have any invalid credit/debit cards linked to the account.
