      Haven't bought a suit from here but they're a polyester/viscose blend and so I wouldn't say they're great quality. I've got a polyester suit and I only ever use it if I'm going partying/clubbing and expect to get it dirty- I wouldn't use it for work or more formal events.

      I bought my suit from them. its really good :) it fit me really nicely, just had to hem the pants up which was expected. delivery was also really quick. I ordered pants 1 size too small (my fault not theirs) and they did free exchange really quick and helpful customer service. Didnt even need to pay postage fees as i dropped off the pants at their mascot distribution center :) HIGHLY RECCOMEND HALLENSTEINS :)

    The chinos are great. Shorts are good to.

    Polos, not so much, if you're a good build, then they're good.

    Bought more chinos and shorts! Great price and quality is nice!

    The customer service is great and the quality of the clothes is decent. The problem I've been having is that the sizing is all over the shop. I'm a 32" waist & I bought some shorts; they were monsterous, sent them back and the 30's fit well. Got two more shorts, same make, different colours in 30" again, one fit perfectly, one was too big. It'll be going back for an exchange. Annoying, but they are easy to deal with for returns.

        Local returns. You pay the cost to send it to Sydney and they will cover the cost to resend it out or give you a refund.

        Pretty standard for these international companies.

        You pay… I just sent my order one 1xshirt and 2xshorts back because all were sized wrong and it cost me $10.50 via AusPost…

        Annoying considering the two pairs of 38" waist shorts were both larger than 38" and the difference between the two pairs was around 2" (one was closer to 40" and the other 42")

    Hey guys, I know this is pretty dissapointing but we've had to add a shipping cost to the orders. From this point forward the shipping is $5.00 NZD on any order under $50.00 NZD. This is still only a couple of dollars for you guys. On another note, please courier your items back to Sydney if you need a refund or exchange, the team there can't process your refunds on the spot and it is supposed to be a freight only zone.
