      It's a decent deal. It includes the Kinect sensor and a 250GB drive. Cheapest local equivalent I could find with Kinect was $402 inc. delivery at Wow.

    It doesn't come with the Kinect sensor, but I'd prefer this, local stock too:

    Target currently have the 250GB with the Kinect controller, Kinect Adventures, Kinect Sports, Dance Central 2 and Halo 4 for $379. So 3 extra game titles including Halo 4 for and additional $69 to this deal. It's in their current catalogue.

    Not a great deal at all, especially considering you can often find better deals in local stores and don't have to wait to get it delivered. There was a good JB deal not too long ago with some included downloadable games (halo reach, gow2, fable 3) and hdmi cable for $298 and a choice of a new release game for an extra $39. However, since local stock is probably very low locally due to the christmas rush, if you were desperate for a console this could be an option, albeit a poor one especially as no games are included.
