OffTopic: Not sure why people would get unflavoured when its 'free' to get flavoured for same price.

    •

Yeah I know what you mean, especially when unflavoured would probably taste horrible!

      •

Because sometimes the flavoured taste even worse. Nothing like a fake chocolate taste mixed with a bland texture.

        •

That's why I look at the ratings. 9.1 Overall Rating, and 9.1 Taste rating for Pineapple, so I ordered some pineapple.

        •

yeah taste ratings are great feature at bodybuilding.com.
even if i buy from other stores like vitacost i check taste ratings on bb first.

I assume it so you can mix it into your already flavoured protein shakes.

Can't speak for this stuff specifically, but unflavored is good if you are mixing it in with other things that are flavored, like BCAA's, protein or whatnot.

I get unflavored BCAA's and on their own, they taste putrid, but I mix them with some protein shake or my pre workout and it works out better since you're not stacking like weird flavors together.

Should be able to find a 10% off code also somewhere.

Yes. Probably have a weeks left of my current tub and was just searching for the cheapest or debating to go back to Controlled Labs Green Mag. At this price it'd be silly to miss. Thanks OP.

As for the question re:unflavored, its typically so you can mix it with other stuff ie: pre-workouts etc.

For anyone wondering about getting the Blue Raspberry flavor without trying it, I personally didn't like it, the flavor was VERY tart, even with playing around with the water volumes etc, so just a heads up for some.

Note also, it's worth getting 2 lots (so 4 in total) because shipping stays same.

    •

Added to the OP, thanks Anon_ very cheap supplements here!

YOU HAVE TO BUY A DIFFERENT FLAVOR TO GET A 2ND FREE ONE.

        •

No, just go back to the product page and add the flavour again then you will get a second freebie. Don't update the quantity in your cart because it doesn't add the freebie.

Sorry Noob question, if Im mainly doing High intervals training, will this help my fat loss from the Hungry Jacks last year?

    • +1 vote

you can incorporate creatine if you doing strength training with weights etc. helps muscle growth. dont use if you only do cardio.

      • -2 votes

        What.

        • -2 votes

How does it help muscle growth? So i shouldnt eat meat if doing cardio?

        •

Creatine is aimed at helping the muscles recover quicker, increasing strength and muscle size via the process of breaking down in the body etc etc. So yes, it does help muscle growth.

As for the not eating meat when doing cardio question, its essentially up to your dietary requirements in relation to your goals.

Save yourself some money and just use creatine monohydrate.

  •

Thank you. I plan on losing 10kg of fat then start building up, This will help both my workout and my wallet.

If you were looking for the definition of a placebo…

  •

This stuff is overrated. Stick to what works. Creatine monohhydrate. It has numerous amounts of studies on its effects.

  • +1 vote

Yeah I was going to ask if this is a pre-workout or just creatine?
Im just using creatine mono, whicj I get from bb.com around $37/2kg (up to 400 serves) + shipping
