I've been thinking about buying one of these rollers for some time. Today Amazon has this one as a "Deal of the Day". A lot of positive reviews convinced me to lift the embargo on spending.

But if you're doing your gluteus, hip flexors, upper back you normally want something a lot harder.

God I have spent some much money on OzB lately… A new guitar, Transformer, work out gear, iTunes vouchers… God knows what else, it's all a blur.

Really should get a 90cm one, your limited by some of the stuff you can do, especially if you want to do things like align spine and then stretch shoulders on either side, use to roll out both quads/hamstrings at the same time etc.
For anyone whose wondering how people use this:
This will be good for the most common use of this though, to avoid ITBS: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iliotibial_band_syndrome

I just read all the reviews and I still don't know what the he'll it does. Is this a massage aid or a paint roller?
