Yellow Envelope Couriers Please flyer?

Wondering if there's anybody out there who has a Yellow Envelope (you know, that bundle of junk mail that usually gets crammed into your letterbox), which has the Couriers Please flyer inside? I'm after the code that's on it.

    Just looked through the Melbourne envelope twice and there was no Couriers Please envelope, I think it may be region specific…
