DLC may not work for Darksiders 2 since it's a US version.

  With the PS3, a very real possibility DLC won't work.
  With the X360 though, won't be an issue. DLC isn't region locked on the X360. As long as the game is region free (which it is), any and all DLC will 110% work.

Is any DLC included with the game? I couldn't see anything on the product page to say it was.

It might be useful to some to know that they are almost giving away the PC version of Darksiders II because of THQ's financial situation so if you have the option it's probably a lot cheaper than the console copies.
I can't find any links that are active at the time of writing other than greenmangaming having it for $20 (16 with the 20% off voucher) but I wouldn't be surprised if a little more google-fu would show up some steam keys for around the ~$7 mark

edit : Just had a look on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/THQ and it seems they filed for bankruptcy on Dec 19th ;)
