    Its supposed to give you more focus, energy and stamina during your workout

    I used to buy all these premade stuff, now i make my own, i buy the raw ingredients and mix my own pre-workout. For the same money, im getting higher concentration and really feel a pump !!

        I have the raw ingredients in their containers and mix them just before i go for a workout, i use a digital scale to weigh

        My mate gets me pharmaceutical grade raw ingredients , i don't ask questions lol

        my mate does the same , he buys these in 250 gms pack from bulknutrients and then mixes them with bcaa to get the flavoring .
        where do you buy them from ?Cheap?

    It's basically a pre-workout with energy ingredients(that support muscle endurance as an alternative to creatine) in the form of Beta-Alanine, Taurine, Betain and Peak ATP(their blend). Also supports Testosterone through Vitamin D, DAA and magnesium. Bunch of plant extracts which are commonly found in pre-workout supps to provide natural energy and improve focus. Caffeine also.

  Just a warning. Only use this stuff if you must.

  I used it, ended up having an anxiety attack made my heart go ballistic.

    it contains 270mg caffeine a serving. pretty hectic if u don't take stims often. i remember my first 200mg caffeine powder when i nearly never took stims. thought i was gonna die.

    first time users: 270mg caffeine is a lot if you dont take stims a lot. should start ~100-120mg if u dont take energy drinks etc.

    moderate/exp users: 270mg is just a tad above average if you use a lot of stims. 270 would be the sweet spot for me compared to other users depending on tolerance.
