    IMPORTANT: All Angelcare Monitors in the UK/Ireland are specific models designed for the UK/Ireland and should not be exported or used in other countries. If exported outside of the UK/Ireland the UK warranty becomes invalid

      I have the AngelCare Video Monitor (AC1100) which I bought in the UK and it works fine here in Aus. I can't be sure as to what the difference on this model is, but we had the AC401 in the US, and it was locked to Fahrenheit, I have a feeling this important warning relates to that - so that US customers know they can't get the UK model (in Celsius) and it display temperatures in Fahrenheit. The power plugs work fine here with an adapter.
