        I'm suprised u actually disliked it so much.. I thought such an over exhausted storyline just as the alien trilogy had finally been brought back to life. I heard another sequel is being filmed to this

      Harsh!
      The movie WAS badly written.

      I really loved the look and feel of it and probably will end up with the 3D bluray, but there were some majorly stupid bits.

      When the mapping guy gets lost, or the biologist is disappointed after discovering a lost civilisation on another planet then later goes nose-to-nose with an alien creature, it just really ruined the flow for me.

        Yeh… That wasnt the finest part of the movie but seriously, if you were a writer or producer, could you have done better? The aliens franchise has been wreaked with all these aliens vs predator etc. I expected a whole lot less based on the history of these other sequels.

        With this movie, Ridley scott is back!

        In my opinion anyway….

        Getting back to the purpose of this site, yes it's a good deal!
