From their link:

It's not my first order, so I am assuming it's available to anyone who places an order for the first time after the new site is live.

      Is there anything left that the code can apply to? That fine print makes this very dodgy indeed and not a true 'sitewide'. No deal.

    Wouldn't touch this site. If you google enough reviews about this site you'll know why. I've bought from them before and items haven't arrived at all. They did refund but its a process of pain, I almost think they just do some dodgy insurance job.

    I'd prefer HQHair when they have their sales.

      HQHair and lookfantastic are both part of The Hut group. I've ordered a few times from lookfantastic. They take about a week before they ship your order, but so far I've had no problems.

    Woah, that is a lot of stock that is not redeemable. How can they possibly say store wide with so many exclusions?
    "Yes, we are having a store wide sale, but anything inside the shop is excluded from this sale". :p
