Has any body received cheque from Braun cash back scheme 2012?

I have submitted my redemption form in nov 12 but still awaiting cash back cheque from braun.

It says in T & C up to 60 days… Wait out the end of the week and call Customer Service :)

For my triumph 5000 i received my $50 prepaid visa, though I am not able to cash out (tried the bank, coles) but am able to use it to buy items online and at coles without a pin/signing (below $35).

Mine took about 60 days (was about to start hassling them for it). It was in the form of a Visa prepaid card also. Hard to use so needing to find something i want online to redeem it.

  Firther to this, I was able to use my card in-store. The teller just used it like a credit card but I did need to activate it beforehand and get a pin number. :)

I just called them and they had received my claim, but they said that the 60 day is 60 business days, so they said I should be getting mind around the end of February (I sent my claim in mid-November).

Mine came about 2 weeks ago. A friend of mine received hers within 30 days. We bought both epilators in the same receipt as well even though the T&C said it had to be separate purchases.
