    Seems like a pretty nice price. Functionality is of course a whole different thing, but I am not use how much difference there really can be between all these BT keyboards. The feel of this one is probably not the best as the actual keys are silicone. I am doubting the genuinity or quality of the leather at this price point a bit too.

      The leather quality is of course not good. Moreover, the cover attracts dust and thus may look ugly. But for this price, its a good deal for people who want to have one.

    I have an iPad 1 (cue "your iPad's so old….." jokes)

    Will this bluetooth keyboard work with iPad 1 ?

    and (I've never used a bluetooth keyboard with it before - by using this, will this stop the on screen keyboard from popping up automatically on screen each time I have to enter text into a field?

    I got one, pretty much what you'd expect. The case itself is reasonable although the stand options are limited to 90 degrees, the keyboard is pretty average with the keys having a lot of lateral movement but it does work.

    Keyboard doesn't detach and requires charging from a micro USB cable (supplied).

    Happy enough for 20 bucks.
