Third Party Apple iPhone Technician?

Does anyone know any third party Apple Iphone technician? Someone who can repair my Iphone 4s? I didn't have enough cash and bought the Iphone second-hand, being told that it's still in warranty and it works perfectly. Later I found out that the shutter doesn't work. I've tried restoring and updating to the latest software. Can someone help me please?

    I don't know about Sydney but in Melbourne they are in practically every shopping centre. They usually do phone accessories and repairs.

    Is the phone still in warranty? If so, just take it to an authorised Apple repairer, or use their mail in service. If it's in warranty it shouldn't cost you anything.
