Dell XPS 1210 Core 2 Duo Ultra Portable + 20" Wide Screen $1,899

Dell XPS 1210 Core 2 Duo Ultra Portable + 20" Wide Screen $1,899

Dell is doing a lappy + LCD monitor combo with XPS M1210 (12” widescreen, 2kg, Core 2 Duo) and 20” Entry LCD. A base model of M1210 costs $1,599, and you can get both for $1,899 which means the 20” LCD is effectively $300 extra (usually $399 delivered). Moreover you can configure it with Windows XP Media Centre Edition (instead of Vista Home) so 1Gb RAM might actually be enough :)
