Let's hope they dont jack the prices

    • -2

So it is better not to list them now or put them in the forum!

    • +1

Didn't Kogan get fined for doing that recently?

  • Are we allowed to post with unconfirmed prices?

    • +10

When I started this post I didn't realise that its unconfirmed… maybe this will be useful for ACCC

  • Is this off everything in their store?

    • yeah its 20% off everything in their ebay store

  • +3

    I'm glad there's a record of pre-sale price

  • +1

    How to opt for delivery?
All I see is "In-store pick up only" / Click n' Collect.

  • +3

A few decent camera deals in there too. Eg. Nikon Coolpix S9900 for $319.20 after discount from $399.

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Nikon-COOLPIX-S9900-Digital-Camer…

And the D5500 18-55 assuming it doesn't get removed will be close to grey market/import price for Aus nikon stock at $759.20

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-Nikon-D5500-18-55mm-VR-II-Kit…

    • And dont forget Nikon is doing a cashback at the moment

      https://mynikonlife.com.au/cash-back/

D5500 has a $100 cashback as well so $659.20 after cashback…. well cheap!

might make a new post for that deal actually, cheaper than grey import…

    • +1

$50- cashback on the S9900 as well, making it $269- + delivery

  • +1

Is that a good price for the Dyson V6??

Been trying to buy a handstick for awhile….

    • +2

      Yep, great price, buy it

      • shall I wait for Dyson V6 Animal promotion?

        • Well, it's the same vacuum, just an additional smaller 'animal' head.

        • @neil aus: too bad, I missed it

      • I hope I can stack up the further 10% discount from ebay tmr

        • What further 10% discount?

        • Any luck in stacking the 10%

        • @silvelining:

Nope, just tried, can't stack. It's also in the T&C as well.

    • Best vacuum I've owned and that's about as cheap as I've seen it go.

  • Shame this only appeared tonight.

Would have been interesting what the price of a Gopro hero4 Silver would have been.

I just ordered one this morning else where :(

    • How much will be good enough for a Hero4+ silver. After discount and cash back price comes down to $430+delivery

      • $350 a few times last year, hard to find those prices again

  • Dammit, looks like it's pickup/click and collect only. I don't think there are any bing lee stores in Melbourne :/

  • +1

Samsung 60" J6200 is an amazing price. I paid $1350 a month ago. Great TV.

    • Wondering if the extra ~$500 for the UHD version is worth it (not that I watch any UHD content. but more about future proofing?)

      • Here is what OzBargain thinks of UHD.

        • bought J6200. Have been waiting for a bigger TV for awhile. Time to upgrade from 39in Hisense to 60in Samsung

  • dyson v6 vs vs animal whats the difference ? thanks :)

    • +2

only the motorised head is different i think

    • +1

Animal is better for pet hair.

    • Animal.

    • Thanks for the replies.

so would 318$ be a really good price? can any comment how this compare to the shark vacuum?

  • Does anyone get this error below?
"The address specified in your cart is in a location that doesn'ot meet the seller's postage requirements. You can change the postage address in your cart and try adding this item again, or contact the seller to request an exemption."

This error comes up after I selected my local store and clicked add to cart..

    • i dont think the coupon is valid yet maybe wait till midnight ?

    • It seems that Bing Lee only post certain items to certain areas, for example the Dyson the deal link is for is listed as excluding the following:

Northern Territory, NSW Regional, Perth Metro, QLD Far North, SA Regional, VIC Regional, WA Regional, WA Remote, PO Box

AU $10.00 Standard Postage | See details <—— If you click on that 'See details' on each item it will tell you which areas are excluded from postage.

    • I got the same error last night for the v6 motorhead. I am hoping its fixed by 10AM. I am in Canberra.

  • Hi guys,

The cost difference between the V6 (base) and the DC58 is not much. Is there any major difference between the two, aside from the fact that the V6 comes with a stick. It looks like the V6 can be converted into a handheld to work like the DC58 anyway.

    • yes V6 can but not vice-versa

  • How much are they selling Nutri Ninja w/ Auto-IQ on TV? They seem to have buy one get one free as well.

  • What are the chances retail stores in Melbourne such as TGG or HN match the price?

    • They normally do not match the price with the coupon.

    • ive had JB's do it before but just went in store and best they could do on the Samsung tw was $1850 (down from 2000) vs $1600 ebay.

  • I'd love to grab the LG 65UF680T for that price, but I'm in Adelaide. Am I screwed?

  • -5

The vacuum is now $398 lol

    • +2

That's the price before the discount..

Anyone tried a refurb one before? Any good?

  • +1

Is this V6 vacuum good for hardwood floors (no pets). What is the battery like compared to the older ones such as DC45?

Strange when I click free click & collect it says "IN Stock" everywhere but estimated pick up Fri 29th Jan - wonder why it takes them 8 days to get a click n collect ready!?

    • Amazon says up to 20 mins:
      http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00SMLJPIC/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_d…

It also says on Max power it only lasts about 6 mins. I don't own one, so take this with a grain of salt.

    • +1

It's fine for hardwood. 6 mins sounds right on max. Its alot more effective on max than not. We use it for spot cleaning and spruce ups so its not a problem. People with 220m2+ that try to use it as a vac replacement would have trouble with battery life.

    • I ordered and had the same message. Placed the order anyway, as I didn't need it today, but the store rang about 3hrs later saying that my item was ready for collection.

  • Any good deal for compact camera? I am tired of carrying by DSLR D90 around, and need something compact with good quality.
    Thanks!

  • Sucks they don't ship anything over a certain size… especially given their website is happy to ship them.

Wanted to get the Dyson V6, available on their website with $10 flat shipping, but not on Ebay. Bad luck for the interstate customers.

    • what do u mean? I'm at checkout with postage added…

      • A lot of items are "In-store pickup only", including TVs, and the Dyson Vac

I live in Melbourne where there is no stores, so I miss out on a bunch of deals.

        • +1

Strange. I'm qld and added postage $10 for the v6

        • @The Cat:

Ok, weird, I just logged in and I can get it posted now… didn't want to work when I was logged out. Maybe it thought my IP was outside Australia or something. Thanks!

    • Huh? $10 shipping is on the eBay offering? Does it not work in checkout stage?

      • $10 shipping is from their website but the EBay listing is "Click and Collect" only

It's the same for anything over the size of a blender or so on Ebay. Anything bigger than a blender, eg. TV, Dyson, Printer is Click and Collect only, anything blender or smaller has delivery to interstate.

EDIT: Never mind, seems I'm wrong :) just logged in and it's offering to post now. Buying myself a vacuum!

  • +2

Dyson V6 at that price is a steal!

    • Totally agree. Just bought the DC45 a couple of days ago from Harvey Norman :( I would have bought this one for sure.

  • Oh…just bought Dyson V6 from Binglee this weekend with 10% gift card offer.

  • Done deal.
    $328.40 for the v6 delivered.

  • Just ordered the Dyson click n collect from my local store. Bargain, thanks OP. Voucher works perfectly.

  • Done. $478 shipped for a Dyson V6 Motorhead (Including CashRewards)

    That's the lowest they get!

  • They are doing the Dyson for $10 delivery.

Just ordered one pick up - $318.40 woohoo!

  • The Dyson shows pickup only?

    • Are you logged in to eBay?

      • Pretty sure I am, but I'm on my phone, will try on the pc

  • Samsung - Series 6 50" JU6400 UHD LED TV price just went up to $1499! Let the price hikes begin!

    • It was that price at 21:45 yesterday. Actually doesn't look like prices have been jacked up. Not that I looked at every project yesterday or today.

    • The series 7 60" ju7000 went down in price by $200.

  • 'These items are not available. They may have been purchased already, or the listings have expired.'

Getting this message when finalising payment for the Dyson V6… it still shows up as in stock in the eBay's search though.

  • Dyson V6 Sold out

  • -4

I still had to pay FULL amount, but then got the discount labelled as a "Total Voucher Amount" What's this? Can this voucher be used only at Bing Lee?

    • Don't worry. You card or bank balance will only be charged the discounted amount. They way it goes through can look somewhat confusing

    • +1

This gets asked every time there is an eBay voucher deal.

      Assuming you paid by PayPal.

      Log in to PayPal.

      Go to transactions

      Find the eBay transaction.

      Go to details.

Technically Bing Lee gets the full amount, but eBay paid 20% of that if you did everything properly.

      • thanks for the replies. I'll check it later when I get in front of a PC.

    • Comment so not worthy of all the negs it has received. Give Cusack a break.

  • TVs are picking only? What is this, the 80s?

  • +1

For some reason I can't click and collect a Dyson V6 Motorhead from the Canberra store, namely Belconnen. Getting the "One or more of the items below can't be purchased because the seller doesn't send to the location selected" error. Anyone else having issues? The store is showing stock as well.

    • +1

Had the same issue. I changed my address to a Sydney address and then proceeded to select click and collect at Belconnen which it was happy to do. 17 mins after the sale started the dyson was already sold out (even though it was showing stock at the individual store) . So I just missed out :-(

      • You're an absolute champ it worked.

        • Similarly bing lee online support advised to process sale with a sydney address then request shipping to my local store.

Said they are aware of the glitch but nothing they can do with it not excluding (accounts with) NSW regional addresses.

but if it lets you search local stores weven with a Sydney address even better!

        • @grimo82: seems glitch has been resolved and all geo-blocks on addresses is resolved?

  • Hello there, I am new here.

    Can anyone comment whether the "HP - 15-AB257TX - Pavilion 15 Notebook - i7-6500U - 8GB - GeForce GT 940" is a good laptop for everyday use?

Anyone remember what the price was before? just in case if Bing lee has jacked up their price before this 20% promotion

    Thanks

    • +1

What do you mean by everyday use? If it's just browsing the internet and stuff, you don't need to be spending close to 1K for a laptop.

  • Actually, the question should be is it a good price given the spec?

    Thanks lyl

  • Just purched the dyson v6
    The silver gro pro
    The gro pro stick
    The kenwood primer chef mixer
    Woooohoooooo

  • STEB4000300
any idea what the internal is like or if you can pull it apart and use the drive as an internal drive like the older versions?
