50% off Traditional/Premium Pizzas (Pick Up/Delivery) @ Domino's

2610
727366

Domino's are doing 50% off Traditional/Premium pizzas this week. Prices vary by pizza and store, generally the code gives the best discount on premium pizzas, compared to the regular $7.95 Traditional / $10.90 Premium codes (Pick up).

Works on delivery as well, delivery fee is added to the pizza price. From testing 3 traditional pizzas came to $25.50 delivered for me.

Expires 07/02/2021. Minimum delivery order $22. Excludes Sausage Sizzle, Chicken Supreme, Loaded Pepperoni & Half'n'Half Pizzas.

When code 409593 expires on the 7/2, the code for 08/02/2021 - 10/02/2021 will be added (received via physical mail). For some reason Domino's appear to do these 50% off deals for an extra 3 days via physical mail out coupon only. Edit: Code added now 727366

Edit 2/2: 2 Garlic Breads $5 and Garlic Bread & 1.5L Drink $5 codes added below - OzBargain Pizza Coupons Page (updated daily, available from the 'Pages' menu on OzBargain.)

      By a minute.

Also confirming those coupons work exactly like described - no discount on Melbourne range, Vegetarian or Vegan range.

        πŸ˜“

      • What's the Melbourne range? Special pizzas only available there?

        • Yeah, the Melbourne range is something between value range and traditional range pizzas. If you enter your location as somewhere in VIC when going to start an order you can see the range there.

        • Like hamza23 said. Also some time ago coupons for Traditional pizzas applied to the pizzas from that category, so Melb range pizzas were sometimes $5 a pop.

        • Deconstructed pizzas in Melbourne

Do ppl find when they have 50% off or free pizza when u download the app, they give you less filling etc… so whats the point? might as well go to woolies at 9pm and get bread on special for 50c ;) or buy a real pizza like from those "gourmet places" sure large is $25 but it taste way better….IMO

I got jipped a few times and never touch them…unless you have a friend that works there..the indian (and indian variants) owned stores are the worst for their "health/hygiene" not sure if it the river Ganghi syndrome or what? disgusting…

    Thanx.

My local does the worst pizzas. Very tight with toppings

    • +6

Similar here, at this rate I'd be losing weight with how they're heading… and for pizza that's unconscionable!

      • +1

leave a bad rating / complain to hq ?

    • +6

It's like this everywhere. Domino's normal price is a complete scam. With these discounts the price drops back to normal.

      • +5

Not saying that the normal price at Dominos is not a scam but the normal price at the local pizza/kebab shops are not cheap either.

        • +1

My local italian pizza restaurant is around double the price. Regular pepperoni pizza = $11 vs $5 for the dominos value pepperoni. But in saying that I would rather pay over double and support my local restaurant that makes vastly superior pizza versus these deals from my local dominos. However people uploaded photos of pizzas from their local dominos that showed vastly superior pizza than my local, so your mileage may vary. If you have a good local store than I can see these deals being good.

        • +1

Unless you are at some fancy woodfired place, they are more expensive (maybe 50%) than Domino's but tend to have at least 2x more toppings and much larger diameter. Based on my experience with local pizzerias. Also since you don't want to eat pizza too often, paying a bit more for quality is worth it.

    • +2

My local does amazing pizza (yes the word amazing was used for dominos)
The manager there runs a tight ship and always puts out the best quality (best cheap quality) pizzas.
Always evenly sauced, a lot of toppings, cooked well and cut evenly. Their pizzas actually look like the advertisements.
They have a solid 4.3 star google rating, which is decent as most fast food places are 2-3 stars.

      • which one?

    This works too: 752165

Thanks OP, saved me from cooking for the kids tonight. Plenty of Me Time for myself. πŸ’ͺ

The "regular" prices of many Domino's pizzas are so high now that deals like these just bring it back to where it was a few years ago. Then there's the issue of their "large" pizzas reducing in size every couple of years.

    • +1

And they get away with it

    • They haven't been this as a regular price in a long time. Vouchers 10 years ago were still like $5.95 or $6.95 for a regular.

Also that's pretty much how most food business models work. They reduce the size while keeping it the same price. Then a few years later they release a new 'larger' version that cost more. Then that starts to become the new standard. That's how they raise prices slowly without people getting too pissed off. Happens with chocolate, chips and everything.

  • Got texted a code 799002 for same deal (Sydney NSW)

  • Thank you OP. Tonight dinner sorted.

  • +1

Code 000000 also has the same function

  • why is only working for 1 / 4 pizzas wqorking for me:(

  • Lol what
Regular supreme pizza jumped up to $16.65 so it’s a worse deal than the usual $7.95

    • You mean $16.65 is regular price for Supreme at your store? For pick up? That's crazy if so, it's $14.85 here in SA.

As mentioned in OP the discount works out much better for premium pizzas than traditionals compared to the $7.95 traditional/$10.90 premium code.

  • +1

People complaining about toppings, I think mine are tight with toppings too but they always pass that AI pizza check with the photo, so maybe it is just Domino's policy to use reduced number of toppings, and not individual shops' choice?

  • Don't know why coupon adds fine, ordered vegie supreme yet no discount

    • I couldn't find the veggie supreme pizza here, but I tried it with vegorama, supreme and loaded supreme and it discounted successfully.

Note if you are ordering delivery, it also adds delivery fee into the pizza price. So the first pizza you add may not appear discounted.

  • 50% off for traditional is just stupid now, compared to the usual 7.95 voucher that has been going for about 10 years straight… at my local , the 50% off saves me 8 cents on a meatlovers over the usual 7.95 voucher OR costs me 2 cents MORE for a supreme over the 7.95 voucher.. lol… what a great 'deal'

    • +1

      3 traditionals for $20 still the 🐐

  • So annoying pizza price keeps changing when i try add pizza or remove. I get around $29 for pizza where it should be around $25. Eg firebreather keeps jumping to $12-13 depending what i remove so dodgy

    • delivery charges get added to each proportionately, thats why i guess

  • Another code - 312020
Seen on the Domino's FB account
    Expires on the 7th

  • Funny how they exclude loaded pepperoni, anytime you order Loaded Pepperoni they skimp out and give you the traditional amount of topping anyway

  • The voucher would be great except it isn't able to be used on the pizza I'd be most likely to try it on (loaded pepperoni).. oh well.

    • FYI it's only excluded because it's already discounted/on promo price. I thinks it's $8 something.

    • +1

I just get the value pepperoni and then upsize to extra large for $3.

      • 65 cent saving, any difference that you've see?

        Size or quantity of pepperoni?

  • +1

Great , pizza for kid tomr. Always having headache what to cook.

  • I cannot see upsize 50% for $3?

    • I checked and two options popped up: double toppings and flaky pastry. Maybe check whether your app needs an update.

  • I read these Dominos deals until I remember the pathetic amount of toppings then buy KFC instead. A few months ago was the last time. I'm fed up with ordering a Supreme, opening it, and wondering if I've received someone else's order. You can't tell it's a Supreme with nearly nothing on it except sauce! One I remember a few orders back had THREE scraps of capsicum on the entire surface and not much of anything else. It looked like someone had been holding and made another pizza above mine, a few bits of its toppings fell off the edge, then they forgot to add my toppings.

They say to phone/complain and they'll make another one free. But the replacement is as bad or worse, and who wants to order pizza knowing you'll have to phone EVERY time after eating a dough and sauce open sandwich. Just include a reasonable amount of toppings. If you can't do that then increase the price until you can or close the doors!

    • I know at my local, depends on the time, that generally supreme pizzas are made from the scraps that get caught in the food tray.

      • LOL. Why am I not surprised So use up the scraps first and only then use new stuff.

I was looking at Woolworths fresh pizzas the other night… There's far more toppings on those. What a pity they don't taste better.

  • not 100% off including deliveries? :P lol I got 30$ off in Ubereats but they charge 6$ for delivery :(

  • One of the only things I miss living in a city - being able to order food :(.

    • +2

Just remember how you feel after eating. The lethargic couch, the constant water needed, and the restless sleep.

I just ordered and its more than 1hour and 15min deliver ETA for the store that's 6 minutes away. Im already regretting it and i should have walked to my local or made it myself using wraps or another recipe…

Uh, $26 on 3 pizzas that i already regret. :) ive been ozbargained again!@@!

  • Got our (my husband and my) usual with our usual changes for dinner tonight:

    1 X VEGORAMA $7.15

I used to have them set up in pizza mogul but now I just rely on order history… oh and also got the garlic bread and drink $5 coupon!

Are the pizza smaller when using discount code? The price for chicken, bacon and avo is $25 and the size of is a standard dinner plate. Is that normal?

    • Yeah that's normal, they're small now unless you pay extra ($3) for 50% larger.

      • they are very small. Charging $25 for that size is absurd

  • +2

When code 409593 expires on the 7/2, the code for 08/02/2021 - 10/02/2021 will be added (received via physical mail). For some reason Domino's appear to do these 50% off deals for an extra 3 days via physical mail out coupon only.
