  Just an FYI for those who haven't researched these prior to purchase, the ones direct from Weber have the thermostat… these ones do not.

  Nothing wrong with the price though (plus vote)!

  I just thinking knowing the temp is pretty important with lid down cooking… love my Weber.

    Maybe depends on what you are trying to cook but no. I mostly cook steaks on mine and just give it a quick rub with a wire brush after.
