I’m considering buying an item off eBay which has the coupon code for $60 off currently; but also has a Best Offer option…
If I do a best offer, will I still be able to apply the discount code ontop? Found a post from years ago saying yes, but things might have changed so would be good to know if anyone has done this recently too.
Don’t wanna shoot myself in the foot by getting $20 off and not being able to use the $60 hah

You don't even need to cancel it. The buy it now price always remains an option.
Depends on the coupon. Would be best to check the T&C's of the coupon to make sure.
I've had a coupon not work on a best offer before, because 'best offer takes priority'.
It’s the HGTNOV code… checking t&c it says “Each code cannot be used in conjunction with any other code, eBay offer, coupon or voucher.”
Does eBay offer = best offer?
If I purchase an eBay gift card (shopback superswap) and then use those gift cards
Can I get cash back for the superswap 1.75% gift card purchase + the 7% cash back through buying the item.
Or only the 7%

You’ll get the cashback on both (assuming you don’t use a code on eBay which isn’t listed in ShopBack, currently only BFDEAL, BF20AU, BF22AU).

EBay & Amazon both give cashback when gift card has been used for payment.
Pretty sure I’ve had Rebel Sports also do both.
