Recommendations for Home Builder in Perth in 2023

Looking to build a simple 3 bed 2 bath double garage house in Perth, with all the collapses going on does anyone have any recommendations?

Looking for a budget of between $280-$295k budget roughly and would ideally like the slightly higher ceilings also.

You building a time machine or a house? Might be hard for someone to build in 2023

  yeah i get that, but ive heard now the opposite is happening as it looks like nobody wants to build due to all the scares so perhaps its an ideal time to build? or perhaps in a few months im not desperate

Homegroup is quite good and holds a decent reputation. I built with them during the covid period, they had minimal delays & no cost increases. La Vida Homes is a new player on the scene and also has a good rep.
