Not having surge protection is a benefit if you want to daisy chain (even if daisy chaining is frowned upon regardless…).

How important is surge protection these days? (Serious question)

      • During thunderstorm, it will protect the devices connected to the power board if your house got hit by lightning.

Also good if you want to take it on cruises.

But I’m also interested in understanding how important surge protection is these days.

    • Can't you daisy chain one with search protectors? I thought I've seen that done in the past

    Angled Plug

More devices need to come with these

    • +1

The plug is angled to the right (we preferred the other way in this instance), but it's cheap and does the job.

Angled is great. Fits behind the bed.

I just want them to go straight down; then they are universal for all situations

They should do a 5 plug one called the Jackson 5!

    1m is a bit short

    • She never said that!

    • Use extension lead?

      • Extension cables are a lot more dangerous than using an appropriate length cable in the first place.

    • 1m is a lot short!

  • why is the thumbnail like that

  • Lifetime Warranty* ??

  • This might also be good for taking on a cruise as cruise ship do not allow power board with surge protector.

    • +3

      Why not?

    • +1

Reading that some also don't allow power boards with a cord, so be careful.

  • Thank you OP

  • Mine stopped working after about a month and when I tried to return it to Woollies because it had a 'life time' warranty they said they didn't sell that brand. 🤦‍♀️

    • Show um the receipt, that'll fix um.

  • I'm sorry miss Jackson

    • I am four eels~

  • I bought one last time it was sale and the quality is fine. Perfectly happy with it and would recommend it.
