Got one recently from Samsung and been happy so far. Only downside is the BGR subpixel which impacts text clarity slightly.

I got it last year with the intention to replace my 2 monitors. Good monitor, but It's just too big, too wide from side to side, ended up with a sore neck etc…
Using it as a bedroom tv now.
Opinions on its adequacy for non-competitive gaming? Stuff like BG3, D4, etc
I reckon you'd be better off getting a proper IPS panel 32" 4K/144Hz monitor like the Dell G3223Q.

Note that with a big 43" screen you'd need to sit further back than usual, so make sure you have a deep desk or a monitor arm with plenty of clearance behind your desk so you can mount the screen a bit further back.

It's not the best monitor, not for gaming But it does its job and I am happy with that price.
Would love to get another one, but I firmly refuse to pay $50 more.
Will wait for it to be mark down further.

Bought M70A for $497 a while ago as my daily work monitor, monitor refresh rate is not good, struggle with ghosting issue. I am just using to watch youtube now.
