        Fees, the annoyance of having to move cash around vs the rewards.

        I only opened a Westpac acct because of shopback bonuses but it seems they have switched focus.

          There's no such monthly deposit or a loan service requirement for StG, possibly the same with the other two.

          I haven't touched my StG account for years before this kind deal pops up.

    My st George cc never tracks with these deals. Very annoying having to put a claim in each time. Might have to try using the debit card this time.

      It is a store location issue. Refer to this. You may have to switch store for an automatical tracking.

      Conversely, do not switch to another store if you already had the location tracked successfully before.

        Many thanks. The two pizza huts in town are shown on my credit statement as their business name nothing says pizza hut. Would linking the st George card through Google pay give a better result? Or just not track at all?

          If I were you, I wouldn't shop at these two locations. This is the first time that SB officially includes BoM and BSA for PH deal, which means more disappointing comments should appear from tomorrow.

      For context, I’m the one who would write the “When will I get my cashback” section in the ShopBack deals. Go and have a look at it yourself

      Also I formatted my deals properly, in this case, it’s an identical layout so a credit would be nice if you plan to just copy and paste someone else format

      If someone would copy your work and never credit you, how would you feel?

        I lodged via bot chat so it links as partner bonus missing. The main cashback tracked fine and confirmed after a month. It's the bank bonus that is missing and their help process is very difficult to navigate for that. You should have got some sort of reply though, it may be worth lodging again to make sure they don't preclude you due to not having notified within timeframes.

          Exactly the same for me. I got the normal cashback, just missing the bank bonus. I also opened a case via the chatbot about 3 weeks ago because there wasn't an option to file a missing cashback for bonuses. I did get an immediate email confirmation for the case, but no human reply as of yet. Sent them another email today to chase them up.

    Agree with above / my card for now the second PH deal did not track correctly even though it is in my Shopback account CC details took a while and a manual input to get credit for the last deal with a lot of back and forth. Hopefully they sort this one out faster
