Subscriptions and Bills Spreadsheet Template

Saw a decent looking spreadsheet on Twitter today showing all of someone's subscriptions. They posted a template as the tweet went viral.

Made a copy with AUD values and a few of the currencies I dabble in and added bills. Here's a link if interested.
Depressing to think I spend over 7k a year just on "basic" needs. It's still over 6k without the entertainment or gym.

Anyway, may be useful for some. I've never really bothered to track my spending since Pocketbook disappeared.

You spend $1800pa on Netflix. WTF?

Edit: I see what you did there.

Edit 2: your council rates are cheap as bro.

Councils in the state of VIC are an absolute disgrace.

      @jv agrees it’s Dan’s fault.

  • tf you using netflix and stan for if you have emby server?

    • I try to be legit if I can. Family use the other slots because it's too hard to explain Emby and/or their TVs don't support it.
Don't even get me started on trying to get them to use an Android box.

At least it's not full AUD prices.

  • Following in the hope that a decent automated Pocketbook replacement gets suggested

  • What home insurer you with? That’s lower than my price last year, and this year it’s up 33%

Budget direct. Home and contents is around 500k combined, so if you've got a 6 bed 3 bath you're out of luck.

      • Thanks for the extra detail, not quite 6 bed 3 bath but yeh would explain it 👍🏻

  • Watching Turkish Netflix seems to create a $25 a week water bill?

Purposely overpay so there'll never be a debt. Same with power. Good to get ahead during summer because winter will be a bit more.

      • If you do this in social QLD you will be classified as a dumb saver and they have a way to suck it from you.
So I had a bit of a fight with our electricity provider refusing continued supply in both names the property is registered. So I play poor and they look after them poor folks they have created.

  • Is there some reason you're interested in tracking only a limited category/subset of your total living costs?

    • Added a few other things to a private version which has petrol and mortgage. Just wanted to track regular payments for things though.

Thought this would be useful for people who have every streaming service possible and wanted to track when payments are due and how much it's costing etc. Never really tracked my outgoing expenses much.
