Description
Princess Peach and some loyal Toads are about to enjoy a performance at the Sparkle Theater when the wicked Grape and the Sour Bunch bust on the scene to flip the script! These bad actors kidnap the stars of each play, terrorize the other cast and crew, and leave Peach trapped inside as they steal the show.

To curtain-call this tragedy, Peach must team up with the theater's guardian, Stella. Using the power of Sparkle, Peach must take the stage of each play inside the Sparkle Theater and transform to match the performance. Each transformation changes up the action and comes with its own abilities for Peach to use against Grape’s evil acting troupe. Only by clearing all the floors and rescuing the star actors can she truly save the theater!

Play like a princess and transform into leading roles with showstopping abilities

Fend off the Sour Bunch as Swordfighter Peach as you slash and dodge attacks—en garde! Whisk up some tasty treats as Patissiere Peach and see just how quickly you can decorate a cake.

Wrangle your foes with a lasso as Cowgirl Peach, hurl buses and slam foes with super strength as Mighty Peach, synchronize your spins with other performers as Figure Skater Peach, and more! Each transformation gives Peach a dramatic entrance and the abilities she needs to take back each play.

Equip the Heart Charm and customize your look to make the play your own

Equip the Heart Charm to give Peach a few extra hearts. If you’re looking for more of a challenge, try going without it—or see how long you can survive an onslaught of enemies in the Action Rehearsal plays!

Unlock colors and patterns for Peach and Stella with in-game coins to customize Peach’s dress and Stella’s ribbon to your style. Get even more colors and patterns by finding them hidden within plays and by completing challenges. Additionally, try collecting all of the Sparkle Gems in each play to get the Pictioneer to snap an action photo of Peach in each play!

My daughter' asking for this for her birthday but $60 for a 74 Meta game is a hard pill to swallow.

      Kids dont work like that.

    • Should have traded in 2 games at EB when they had that promo on. I grabbed a couple of 2nd hand games off gumtree for $25, and traded them in

I bought this at launch for someone in my house and its a great little game, colourful and fun and soooo much better than the previous Peach game (Super Princess Peach on DS). But it is very short, you can finish it in around 6 or 7 hours. So keep that in mind.

    • My 8YO daughter absolutely loved playing the Demo over and over, so I bet she will love the full version.

      Thanks for the headsup Doowyah!

Not too sure if I should buy now for her birthday in June, or wait it out for another special :S

A little too sweet to the tooth and too simplistic IMO, but a decent initial 3d debut attempt for a solo peach game.

Here’s hoping a future 3d peach game (a proper serious and deeper game) will cater to a wider demographic (including adults) and not necessarily just little girls.

TBH you don't have to be the target audience for every single game. This game is great for young kids, just like the Bluey game for even younger kids. Peach is the perfect character to introduce young kids (girls especially) into the wide world of gaming

I love playing Bluey with my youngest, not love the game, but love the time spent with her. Even though the game is horrid for an adult lol. She giggles at everything she finds.

But the most impressive thing is she knew the layout of the house exactly in the game, as she took mental notes from the show. I was quite amazed!

I was hesitant in buying Bluey because of the poor ratings. However, I think a lot of people lose perspective of who the game is actually made for. Is the game worth getting after factoring the target audience?

I tried the demo. Didn't really grab me. I was thinking it would be like a Kirby game where you could change abilities on the fly. It's more like a single form (?) per world.

    • Yeah definitely try the demo first. My daughter (6yo) was keen to get this but thought the demo was boring and decided she didn't want it anymore

Thanks OP, decent price with the voucher and Onepass, daughter has been bugging me to get this game.
