    Great prices and OP post. It's too bad that I'm not too fond of the remote, the lack of DTS formats and the lack of Dolby Vision. I prefer LG's Magic Remote and the inclusion of Dolby Vision! I will buy it if the LG C3 eventually matches those prices.

    I’m looking for a new 55” inch TV.

    My wife really wants the Samsung 55” Frame.
    The TV will be going into a living room with plenty of windows / sunlight so I’m thinking the Matt screen would be helpful.

    Would this TV be a better choice? And why?

      Consider the S95c 55. I got this and it comes with the one connect box seperate from the tv. Buy the ultra slim wall mount (Kogan has good about $70) and run cable through wall. Very very nice implementation.

    I think for mounting on wall C3 is better as the weight is only 16.6KG. S90C is around 21KG and some compact mounting brackets can only support up to 60lbs.

      Hey Mate -

      Personal preference but you will find commonly people will say 55 is way to big as a PC monitor especially if you have the standard set up ( chair and desk)

      you'll either see pixels cause your so close or it'll be so big you will strain your eyes that close, moving your head to see all the screen. I'm all for big screens but within proper reason.

    Hey fellow bargainers - milage may vary:

    called 6-7 jb's, all either had floor stock remaining or nothing at all. Over the phone they quoted price in this deal but told me to come in for some deals.

    Found most commonly they were offering me 1.8k which includced delivery + 4 year warranty - which is steal but some of the floor stock models looked messed up
    so i passed in hopes of better quality ones at different stores.

    Out of the Jb's I chose, drove to the furthest one and they had a - yes, boxed up version just sitting at the back. I asked the rep whats happening and it
    was the commonly occuring, selling old stock for the new model. After some chit chat and haggling. Got it for 1k + $200 for delivery and 5 year warranty.

    This was an absolute steal and I still can't believe its real. Waiting to see the TV when it comes next week. Hopefully it is as described.

        $1200 still with delivery, $200 less than Samsung site and only $100 less with tradein in Samsung site. If he took it without delivery, it would have been a great deal though.

        But I think actually he got 65" for $1000 (as he couldn't take it with him) which is a steal.

    Got it for 1335.04 from Samsung. Found an old code in my notes that I got from chat over a month ago, gave it a shot, and it worked! Added to that, got another 10% discount from chatting with support which stacked and used $200 trade-in value, bringing the total to $1335.04. Happy with the deal!

      Nice one mate. I ordered mine for $1600 from Samsung store for the 65-inch S90C with free delivery after the TV trade in and 10% loyalty code. 2.8% Cashrewards wont work most likely as i used a loyalty disocunt code at checkout but still pretty happy for $1600

          Never seen a 65-inch S95B or C go below $2K. Besides the only noticeable difference between the S90C and S95C is the 20% brightness difference. They both use the same 2nd gen QD-OLED panel though and besides you can easily mod the S90C in the service menu to turn it into an S95C within a couple of clicks which is what I plan to do

            RTINGS state that the S90C is almost identical. If you’ve ever owned an OLED before, don’t expect to be blown away. But yes, the 65” for $1600 is excellent value. Except for the person who claims they got one for $1000 at JB.

    You can get a 10% code from chat if you have an existing Samsung device/product. If you use the Samsung app to order you get another 5%. Also $200 trade in if you have an old/broken TV. Mine came down to $1570.63 shipped.
