Unable to Get Bluetooth Working for -- Okra Rhythm JB500 Active Noise Cancelling Wireless over-Ear Stereo Headphones

Hello Guys,
Looking for your help here, as I am unable to get headphone connected via bluetooth.

Some observations:

Its 100% charged
It is only getting detected via bluetooth only if I connect the USB cable via charging port.
I tried to toggle the bluetooth, noise cancellation, off button few times as well - but no luck.
Unfortunately, there is no manual in the box

      Yep, few times tried to toggle the bluetooth, noise cancellation, off button

        Is there an app that you have to use to connect to the BT?

          Good point, but don't see such app either mentioned on their box or above amazon link :(

    Have you been leaving the headphones on charge? I had to resurrect an Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 3 (not mine) that was in a similar state. In that case, I'm pretty sure it was a power supply issue from an over-charged battery. How old is it?

      Thanks for your response, I confirmed that I didnt leave the power on after charging.
      Yes, this one I got in 2019-20 time and just opened the box today.

        And does it stay on without being plugged in? I.e. do they retain power (with or without BT on)?

            @bluespider: But without being plugged in - do the headphones work (or at least retain power, e.g. light stays on) without being plugged in?
