For an alternative, may I recommend CeX? At least they have the dignity to show you buy and sell prices on their website so you can at least see how much you're gonna get shafted for trade-ins.

Hey, at least you can post your items in for free so you don't have to talk to disinterested staff instore!

      EB now has a Trade Price Guarantee, I'm not sure how it exactly works - but I assume that it will match the trade-in prices for places like CeX
