Any experiences with buying TV straight from Samsung? Seem to be a lot of people that have had issues with phones in the past.
My experience is very good compared to SONY (SONY is terrible Customer Service), you do not need to to even call, chat team will resolve issue

They will ask to share proof of an existing Samsung product ownership for the 10% loyality. At least that's what happened in my case.

The app is crashing at the choose payment method. The chat brought it down to 1644.88 without trade in but could not proceed as CC payment could not go through. Got one at 1731.44 through the browser before stocks ran out. At least got it better than the JB deal ( thank you to OP on that deal ) and free delivery on this too.

That's what i was going to get but similar price for an oled seemed better value. QN90 is mini led but it's a very good tv i think

So when it first came back in stock an hour ago, the trade in was reduced to $100 for some reason. I didn't mull on this as I thought stock would go fast. Then it went back up to $200 and the Order Chat won't amend my order, useless. Still happy with the price but a bit annoying since I'm clearly entitled to the full $200.

No just normal delivery, ordered on Saturday when this deal was posted and they had delivery times to choose for a week later
