    Just search ozbargain for heymix, then read the comments of OZB's dealing with this brand.

    And before you say "just get a refund if it doesn't work", for some people the damage it's caused goes beyond what you would get in a refund

        Doesn't change the fact the numerous ozbargainers have purchased heymix products and experience them dieing, "popping", leaving burn marks on outlets etc….i believe there was an ozbargainer that's more technically minded open one up and saw how terribly they were designed that it's obvious their a fire risk, need to search a bit on ozb to find it.

        It's good that yours is still 6 months strong…..but if it were me I would dispose of it and not risk it

      I bought one of their GaN chargers 2 years ago. I acknowledge that it was 2 years ago and things have likely changed. But out of the 3 USB-PD ports, only one could be used at any time. When I contacted their tech support, they wanted me to try other devices to see if symptoms persisted. I have never packed anything so quickly for a refund.

    Amazon page says brand is FLEXECHO.
    There is a Heymix with the same model number, but it is completely different.
