25% off Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 256GB $1,649.25, Extra $250 Trade-In, Delivered @ Samsung Education

220

This deal is similar to the one that I posted before. The price after $1 trade-in value of your device becomes:

$1,649.25 – $251 = $1,398.25

If you haven't bought from Samsung before using their Shop App, get an extra 5% discount:

$1,649.25 – $251 = $1,398.25 × 0.95 = $1,328.34

However, you'll be charged $30 or $60 for not returning the device. Hence, the maximum final price of the device will be:

Without Shop App Discount:
$1,649.25 – $251 = $1,398.25 + $60 = $1,458.25

With Shop App Discount:
$1,649.25 – $251 = $1,398.25 × 0.95 = $1,328.34 + $60 = $1,388.34

I'm not posting S24/S24+ because the extra trade-in value to purchase these two devices is $150 which is way below the previous trade-in value.

It seems Samsung is doing well at the moment, there are no cash flow problem and no ~600$ flagship deals yet ^^

    • This is all TM Rohs stunt and (profanity) him. He has stated very clearly that he wants revenue and not market share.

Bring back DJ Roh who was more innovative and competitive.

  • Can someone please tell me how to shop at Samsung education site? Is it only for students?
    Thanks

Yes mate, you need a valid .edu account for it.

From what I heard you can create one but not sure about this, best to ask from your friends (or their kids who go to uni and who probably don't tend to use their discounts from the Samsung store).

In NSW you can sign up for a free Tafe course and they give you a .edu email address

I have access to the education shop, but I last purchased something via the education store just using regular account.

You need to use the Samsung Shop App for this though:
      - log into the shop with your account
      - Click on "My Page" at the bottom of the home screen
      - Click on your user account and the top of the page
      - Select "Samsung Education Store"

  • Where do we get the best momos mate?

Sorry! I do not go out for momo. Make it myself when I want to have one.

  • Be mindful, I did this recently and figured yeah I'll get the $60 trade in fee…then just got hit with another $60 for "late fee". So be mindful it's now $120 total.

    • hmmm how recently? but damn that sux!

    • Oh no is this in the terms and conditions??

  • To avoid the $60 fee, just send in any old junk phone?

  • I went to do the trade in thing and they added my trade in value to my final cost, then would ‘refund’ it once they get the phone.

    Anyone else experienced this?!

  • Mine is a S9+ and the trade-in value is $35. If I dont send the ph does it mean I will be charged $70 (i.e $35 first and after 1 month another $35 for non-arrival of ph)

  • Need .edu account 🤦🏻

  • Just ordered S24 and they have charged me security of $150 for trade in. If i dont return the trade in moble would they charge $150 + $60. Anyone aware of this. TIA

    • Yes. Because your trade-in device’s value is $150.

  • Have a 512gb in my cart, it's taken off the trade in value but hasn't applied the bonus $250 yet. Is there something else I need to do.

This is the maths I've done:

2399 - 25% brings it down to $1799, then $215 trade value for a Note20 ultra 512gb bring it down to $1584. Should it not then apply the the $250 bonus and bring it down to $1334?

  • Got S24 256 for $664 with trade in bonus of 150+100. They charged extra security for $150 to return S21 256

  • Anyone know how long it usually takes to deliver to Perth? I can't wait more than a week, so need a phone ASAP.
