I love the peace of mind you can get with Nebula versus say some other company with noticebly less carre..

        • Who?

        • +6

Haha, let's not shade other businesses! The market is very large and at the end of the day, there are always pros and cons with any business. We aren't perfect or the best, but what I can promise is that we always put in 110% with everything :).

  • guys is this a good deal? or get HODL for ITX 4060 deal?

    • +1

      Cheap one is fine
More expensive one is a bit of a bait, should have a 5700x3d for an extra $200?
Their 7500f/4070s deal listed below is a better choice.

    • +3

If you want ITX then HODL might be the way to go, really difficult for us with pricing on ITX motherboards, cases and PSUs with local stock. Otherwise, the DK100 is still a nice small case - has good airflow and is easy to work on. A good middle ground between large systems and ITX.

      • Could you look into prices on itx or very small mATX and get back to us. You might have enough orders to make it worth while.

        • +1

          Yes!

    • What is HODL ?

      • +3

Hold On for Dear Life - crypto bros.

        Just means wait these days.

    • I hear 4060 is not worth it due to memory bandwidth limitations..

      • It's one of the best 1080P NVIDIA GPUs on the market. The DLSS AI Frame Generation is really one of the biggest selling points. Of course it's on the lower end and may have some cons but it's one of the best selling GPUs currently :).

  • Is this RTX 4060 good enough for most latest and future games? Thank you.

    • +1

Yep for 1080P gaming, especially with games that support DLSS. AI frame generation tech with NVIDIA is really good nowadays.

  • My mum want to buy a PC for my son as a birthday present but is it possible to come to store to buy it?

    • Yes, absolutely. You can purchase online/in-store and we can organise a date for pick up as each is handbuilt meticulously :). Pick-up is available as an option in checkout!

  • Not particular to this deal, but are SATA cables provided? They usually come with the motherboard right?

  • Yes, all spare parts like PSU cables and more including SATA data cables are included with your system. Whatever comes from your components that may be needed will be provided, typically you get one SATA data cable or two for higher-end motherboards.

Any other questions please let me know!

    • Hmm, how are the extras usually packaged? Can't find it unless it's in the hdd bay already.

      • +1

Depends on your system, if you had a modular PSU it'd be in the PSU pouch. Otherwise, it'd be wrapped up in your motherboard static bag and taped up. It should be inside your PC somewhere near the HDD tray or somewhere very visible when unboxing. If you purchased an HDD with the system, the spare SATA data cable would've been used for installation. You can email me your order and I can be more specific :).

Apologies for the late response, I am currently overseas for a business trip.

        • All good, it was a while back. I'll pop open the case and have a look around (I did get the wireless antennas however)

  • +4

Great deal on the 4060, making it hard to bypass the ministry for funds and war

    • ;)

  • I'm not sure if the GPU upgrade is a glitch but the Asus is both a $60 upgrade or a $250 upgrade.. the $60 upgrade for the same.card seems to be the way to go and well worth the money… But I'm sure that's a glitch

    • Thanks for spotting that! It is meant to be the 4060 Ti haha. Fixed :).

  • I've been following the different budget 4060 deals, how does this one ($888) compare with to the $748 build here? (I don't see much difference, would like to know what I'm missing ..)

    • +7

Techfast can just provide better pricing, Nebula offers better warranty and maybe a faster turnaround on your build just from what I've seen

      • How quickly does it take to get the PC from Nebula?

    • wow missed that one

    • +2

Depends on your priorities! If you're price driven they will always absolutely be the best! We provide a premium service where there's a guaranteed one business hour response time and a comprehensive 3-year warranty as examples. With this business model, we can't compete with them on price sorry :(. We're local in Sydney and lots of our customers purchase for this reason, worry-free warranty - can bring it straight to our workshop if something happens!

    • Check out what I replied with earlier regarding the other deals above :).

  • Can someone pls help me with a pc? I need one for 4K 60hz+ gaming. Only pc, without monitor. Budget is $2000

    • What games? Pre-built or DIY?

      • Open to DIY as it will be cheaper. Modern day titles like Hell rising, assassins creed etc

    • +4

Going to struggle but your best bet is a build with a 7900xtx at $2500… For ~2k maybe a 4070 ti super build Not going to be the greatest but will get the job done.
https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/839790 this is the cheapest for the 4070 ti super… Just note nebula service is better however their build is closer to $2500 delivered

    • Very hard with a budget of $2000, for 4K gaming, you will need at least an RTX 4080 Super for demanding games. If you can sretch your budget a bit, this system would rock out of the box! https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/840412

What @maverickjohn was absolutely correct, likely will have to go AMD GPU.

  • +1

What will you pre-install if we opt not paying for the windows activation?

  • I want to buy a pc to play dota2. Which one is the best?

    • Steamdeck

    • 1080P gaming on the Zeus Lite will be a great start! Dota might be more CPU heavy though to the best of my knowledge.

  • How many 3.5” hdd can you slot into this?

    • For the base DK100 case, it can support 2x 3.5" HDDs in the hard drive tray. We have upgrades available to larger cases like the Lian Li Air Mini/Lancool so that you can house more if you need.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Apologies for the late response, I am currently overseas for a business trip.

  • HI all

Looking at running older games and more strategy games say Company of Heroes 3 at 1440P on 34 in wide monitor, and would like to have 60 frames avg , open to recommendations for the perfect fit

    thanks

    • Hi Marek,

With these kinds of things the higher you go the more grunt you will get. For 1440P gaming, I would recommend at least our Valkyrie system with a 4070 Super as circumstances can change and that system is made to smash current AAA titles on 1440P and future titles on max settings. You will average a lot more than 60FPS on that system. However, if the budget is tight you can get away with the Frost system running a 4060 Ti and still get 60FPS+. A good website to use for a general guideline is howmanyfps.com :). Future-proofing is a big topic these days, try aim for at least the 4060 Ti as your requirements may change as time passes!

Apologies for the late response, I am currently overseas for a business trip.

      Lawrence

  • Would the rtx 4060 system run fortnite for my son? Hes looking to change from console to PC and roblox games. Thanks

    • Probably not as well as the ps5 and Xbox x. Better then a ps4 or Xbox one.

    • It's enough in general for 1080P gaming. To my knowledge Fortnite is more CPU-heavy, if you can stretch your budget a bit I would recommend a 4060 system on the AM5 platform for better future proofing and performance. A good budget-friendly system to hit all of the above would be our Clove system - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/838552. It's on the latest platform with ample 32GBs of RAM for gaming and future-proofing.

Apologies for the late response, I am currently overseas for a business trip.

  • Any questions please let me know!

Any chance to get Nebula PC's price breakdown for each part vs PCPartPicker?

    • Do you mean a price breakdown of our system builds? Our pricing is all bundled into one system. The individual lowest SRP price is on PCPP and every post. If you mean you want to know our cost price for each individual item vs the lowest SRP I don't think I can do that for obvious reasons haha. What I can tell you for sure is that margins are extremely slim in IT and especially OzBargain deals. It's purely volume-based, with volume it can be made possible. It's mostly single-digit profits.

Apologies for the late response, I am currently overseas for a business trip.

  • Do you guys do any deals for Mini ITX

    • Not currently due to the price premium on motherboard, cases and PSUs along with increased assembly time it's not possible. It wouldn't be OzBargain worthy. The closest we can achieve would be mATX :).

Apologies for the late response, I am currently overseas for a business trip.

      • Do you do Non-Deal Mini ITX Builds?

  • Not to start a hate war but… how are they able to afford selling them at this price?? It’s like $200 under the pcpp price.

    • We purchase components in bulk and do all the negotiating for you, we then pass on this discount to you. The margins run extremely thin and it's purely volume-based, there's no secret to this. If you are okay with it, I am happy to increase the price for you and we can work out a deal haha. This way it will maybe make you more comfortable! Just kidding.

Apologies for the late response, I am currently overseas for a business trip.

  • My son will play mainly fortnite. 4060 or 4070 super rig ? Does ram matter also is there a wifi option @Nebula PC?

    • Ram very much does matter. Would recommend the 70 but either will work

      • Thank you, there is a bit of a price difference, so maybe the 4060 with more ram ?

        • Yeah good idea. Generally if he wants to play other more intensive games like forza or anything like that or even minecraft on intense settings with shaders then maybe the 70 but for just Fortnite the 60 with more ram will do nicely.

          • @Bobthegamebuilder: Thank you again, how about 4060 or 4060 ti there is a $250 jump?

            • @reachdigital: So the 4060 ti is on average about 40% faster with more cores. It also depends on which memory configuration you choose. 8gb or 16gb.

              • @Bobthegamebuilder: Thank you for all your help mate. I think this comes with 16gb already. So I think 4060 ti be best. The base mother board has no wifi, you think wifi cards are a good option. Sorry for all the questions, trying to work on a budget !

                • @reachdigital: No problem! Would recommend getting an Ethernet cable anyway to plug into pc so no need for a wifi card. Generally they are pretty cheap so I don’t think it will be much of an issue. Budget is fine I’m trying to look for mid range one around $1500-$1600 so any suggestions would be appreciated. <3

                • @reachdigital: Also just a note the 4070 is 45% faster than the 16gb 4060 ti.

                  • @Bobthegamebuilder: Thank you, I'm thinking maybe the base 4070 super deal now… So confusing haah

                    • @reachdigital: Yeah it can be a bit confusing sometimes. Feel free to msg me on any of my posts to ask questions :) the 4070 s is a great deal and is very future proof if he moves on to more complex games later in its life.

                      • @Bobthegamebuilder: Thank you much appreciated! Like all purchases, also thinking should we wait till EOFYS, as it close now…but you know how it is once you start the process!

                        • @reachdigital: lol yeah. EOFYS is awesome but these guys specials don’t tend to be better as of what I’ve seen. Idk but check scorptec during eofy they can have good sales.

    • Hey Legend,

Looks like most of your questions have been answered haha. Yes, RAM does matter. These days 32GBs are the standard for gaming and productivity. You don't want to be held back by RAM, your system will slow down a lot with doing any tasks.

The 4070 Super would be ripper but is really a lot haha, you can really get away with a 4060 Ti as well. Do you plan on your son playing on 1080P or 1440P? This will be the main determining factor on what price you should be paying and what system you should be getting!

Let me know if you have any other questions :).

Apologies for the late response, I am currently overseas for a business trip.

      Lawrence

  • How long does it usually take for you guys to build a PC?

I have put in my order last week and keen to pick it up ASAP :)

    • Hi Jacky,

Won't be long legend! Thank you for your order :). Our ETAs are bang on these days, roughly 7-10 business days for despatch/pick up!

  • Looking at the Zeus lite, an extra $290 to upgrade to 32gb of ddr5 6000mhz ram and the 7500f CPU.

    Is it worth it?

  • @Nebula PC Interested in the Sunset special, I have a few questions hoping you can help with please:

    1. For 1440p gaming, is this spec likely to do ok in 2-3 years time? Not looking to Ultra settings or anything, just medium gaming.
    2. Had bad experiences with Wifi and BT dongles (lag mostly) so looking to upgrade to the MSI B550M PRO-VDH Wi-Fi option. At $150 extra will it generally perform better than dongles?
    3. Had bad experience with PSU in my last system - is the base AIGO good enough or is there a good value upgrade you'd recommend for peace of mind?

    Thank you

    • +1

      Hi @fruitysalad

      Happy to help.

      1. Yes, it will perform on 1440P with reasonable settings for the next few years. It's made for that.
      2. It's bad, all USB dongles really aren't stable and you will notice higher ping. I would go with a motherboard with onboard Wi-Fi/BT. USB dongles are a budget-value option that works but just not the best.
      3. It's good from our experience but some customers opt for a tier 1 branded PSU or gold PSU for peace of mind. It depends on your budget and preference.

Any other questions please let me know!

  • I’m trying to buy OZB_SUNSET_SPECIAL with upgraded cpu/power supply/32gb but it doesn’t work. Is it possible?

    • It should work and is possible, which part isn't working? The discount code still applies no matter the upgrades you choose, price will start from the advertised amount.

      • Will try again later. Btw, The base clock for the 5600x is not correct. It says 4.7ghz instead of 3.7

        • Looks like Haze make more sense for what I want. I need to compare everything again 🤣

        • +1

Thanks for the heads up, will fix! Lots of options on the market for sure, happy to help if you have any questions :).
